There are 3 categories of people on here who criticize California/Bay Area policy from a center-right perspective:
1. People who just want to dunk on California.
2. People who want change and believe that posting on X is the way to do it.
3. People who want change and realize that posting here is just a small part of what needs to be done.
People from our group like @ThunderParley, @mockingjays_us and me get quoted in the mainstream media (which most voters still consume) because we set up a political committee, built a website, printed yard signs, filed ballot arguments, and sent press releases. We're category 3.
If you're in category #2 above, please consider joining us in category #3.
Nice to see the @sfchronicle include a comment from the transit tax opposition in their coverage today.

I bet you don't know what a SF "public bank" would be. absolutely no offense, very few do. seriously - ask your friends. "um, it's a place for residents to get fee-free checking accounts, low-rate mortgages, etc?"
nope. not even close.
and Prop B proponents don't seem to want you to know the details... well here they are.
hot off @theVOSF press. enjoy!

I’m 47 and I’m not gonna be fighting soggies for the rest of my life.
America, get in gear — it’s time to save our nation and set up 250 years of prosperity. For EVERYONE.
The mission is simple: eliminate waste, fraud and abuse in our government and we can literally afford EVERYTHING we ever wanted.
We are being lied to swindled by BOTH parties. Democrats have completely sold out to our enemies and Republicans appear too weak and complicit to launch a real counter attack to the current insurgency on our soil.
We are on our own, and I t’s time for a revolution. Your neighbors are all you have, invest in them and start local. We can do this.

SCOTT WIENER is the putz we've all been too soft on.
Erica and I are brutally honest over the latest Wiener controversy. We unpack our disgust for him - in this full 40 min episode available right here. (note: NSFW) . Comments? [email protected]
Two good reasons to hold your nose and vote for Chan.

It’s time to close the loophole that allows city-funded nonprofits to lobby in secret. San Francisco doubled its investment in nonprofits for needed public services since 2019 — yet some of that investment appears to fund lobbying and advocacy campaigns to push for still MORE city funding.
Shouldn’t ALL lobbying and advocacy spending be disclosed? In my view, doing so will…
👉 Restore public trust; and
👉 Ensure taxpayer dollars are spent responsibly. (1/3).

My latest column: As CA counts ballots, the leading Dems for two key positions are disconcertingly receptive to a disastrous idea: blowing up the insurance market just as it’s starting to reach more stable ground. We need insurance to have nice things.

San Francisco needs pragmatic representation. Not a radical socialist who stands with Hasan Piker or another career politician. Vote @MHurabiell for Congress!
Thank you @Twolfrecovery for your endorsement! It means everything to me that someone with your integrity and track record of service in SF supports me for Congress!

Supervised Consumption Sites are against federal law in the United States. A few years ago Scott Weiner tried to open them in California knowing it was against the law. Now he wants to go to Congress? Bruh. @MHurabiell

Giving Scott credit for closing this loophole is like giving an arsonist credit for calling 911.

As a CA legislator, @Scott_Wiener is notorious for authoring and supporting pro-crime bills.
We can't let his dangerous agenda spread nationwide.
Vote Marie. It's Common Sense.
The sketchy dark money behind Scott Wiener's campaign was illegal until two years ago.
Scoop:
A sea change in campaign finance law is now fueling Scott Wiener's ground game in ways that would have been illegal just two years ago.
