It’s disappointing to have to say this, but @CBSNews, this is a serious failure of editorial reporting. I clearly state in this clip that while I have not personally been to Cuba, I have spoken with Cubans who have described it as a dictatorship, and I believe them. To claim I declined to answer the question is categorically false. That is not journalism. It is misinformation.

Maybe it's time for a lengthy national press conference with Presidents Clinton, Bush (doubt he will be maybe Laura), Obama, Biden, Mitt Romney, Cindy McCain, and former Vice Presidents Mike Pence and Kamala Harris.
A Press Conference during prime-time hours, one that might even have to preempt sports activities.
THIS IS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY.
All Americans need to be made aware of it.
It might not be easy to hear.
It might not seem consistent with preferred world views.
But the nation needs to hear it from the 8 people listed, and maybe from our business community like Warren Buffet, Jamie Dimon or Mark Cuban provided they can see the lethal danger to our country as well.
WE ARE IN DANGER.
TRUMP WORKS EITHER FOR OR AT LEAST IN HARMONY WITH THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND AGAINST THE FREE WORLD.
THE UNITED STATES FUTURE IS IN GRAVE PERIL IF THIS ISN'T CONFRONTED.

TRUMP CLAIMS SCHOOLS ARE SECRETLY SENDING CHILDREN FOR SEX-CHANGE SURGERY.
At his October 16 Georgia rally, Trump claimed his administration had eliminated what he called transgender procedures in schools.
Then he claimed children in five states could still leave school as boys and return days later as girls, without parental approval.
HE NAMED NO VERIFIED CASE. NO SCHOOL. NO HOSPITAL.
Schools cannot independently authorize gender-affirming surgery for minors. Such procedures are rare and involve medical evaluation and consent requirements.
Trump has repeated versions of this allegation since 2024. Fact-checkers have found no evidence supporting it.
THE CONTRADICTION:
He claims to have stopped a practice he has never substantiated, then insists it's still happening.
A STORY THIS SERIOUS REQUIRES EVIDENCE, NOT ANOTHER RALLY SPEECH.
