After watching the demo videos, had to dig this old post up... #jokingbutnot nitter.gq/GavinRayDev/status/205…
This is Genie 4, our most realistic and interactive world model yet. 🌐 Explore dynamic environments in real time to see how the scene responds, sounds, and how the people in it move, react, and speak.

Today, in collaboration with Anthropic, we’re excited to share rapid initial progress towards an antibody treatment for food allergy, which affects over 200 million people worldwide, discovered with the help of Claude. At Divergence Labs, we believe that AI can unlock the next generation of antibody therapeutics with more effective mechanisms than before. Such mechanisms are urgently needed in food allergy, which involve overcoming one of the tightest affinity protein pairs in immunology, IgE and its receptor FcεRI, on mast cells. Treatment with Xolair—the only approved antibody for food allergy—sequesters circulating IgE, but mast cells remain sensitized for weeks to months due to the extraordinarily slow dissociation of IgE from FcεRI. We envision a treatment that actively pulls IgE off of FcεRI, without waiting for natural dissociation. Like picking a lock, this requires the right combination of geometry and force. Our research team, working with Claude, ideated on mechanisms to accomplish this disruption, and converged on an antibody format with two arms with different functions and epitopes. Within one month, we designed, synthesized, and experimentally confirmed the biophysical function of the two arms, which we are now assembling into full therapeutic formats.

Insane progress, hell yeah! Even more impressive given just 150 T. Did you lift or play sports growing up?

Ah, good to know. Similarly not sure I can say it does anything yet. I might try sublingual from Nootropics Depot since they HPLC test all their batches if no change soon

Androgens lower hepcidin. Hepcidin is the body's master iron regulator, it binds it and prevents it from entering the bloodstream If you have LOW iron markers on TRT, you have something very odd going on as that's the opposite signal from what should be happening

Both claims can be true. Ben is claiming that an early response to fasting is elevated GH, to shift substrate utilization towards liberated free fatty acids You are claiming that extended fasting catabolizes muscle tissue Neither of you are wrong

How's your pregnenolone experience been? I added it about a week ago but can't say I've noticed anything yet. There was a study showing oral absorption was poor and that doses of 300-500mg were required to elevate levels, been taking 400mg (200mg x 2) myself pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article…

Or you might get actual milk if they're running high enough doses of 19-Nor's lmao.

I just experienced something novel with LLM's I've never seen before: For a single word, Gemini Argon 4 invented a term by combining a different language root with an English suffix: > "банаl", from common Slavic "бана"-root with a Latin "l" suffix, for "banal"

So then how are you intending to discriminate whether any increase in muscle size is due to this drug or would have occurred regardless?
