My post about Hitler and the far right got millions of views. Clearly, it hit a nerve. So today I'm going to show you, step by step, why the notion of "far right" as it's used in France makes almost no sense. And why the people who wield it are usually the last ones who should be lecturing anyone.
Let's start with the only question that matters: what makes a political system work or fail? To a very large extent, it's the economy. A country that produces wealth, that lets its citizens create, trade and build, stays standing. A country that destroys that collapses, no matter how beautiful its slogans are.
And in economics, there are really only two worldviews.
The first is collectivism. The idea that the State knows better than you. That it must plan production, set prices, run companies, decide what you earn, what you buy, and eventually what you think. The individual is just a cog serving a grand collective project: the class, the nation, the race, the people.
The second is freedom. Capitalism, property, individual liberty, individual responsibility. The idea that millions of people creating value for one another produce infinitely more prosperity than an office of planners, however brilliant they may be.
Now look at the list of the great totalitarian regimes of the 20th century. Stalin: total planning, forced collectivization, millions dead. Mao: the Great Leap Forward and the deadliest famine in human history. Pol Pot: money abolished, cities emptied, nearly a quarter of Cambodia's population exterminated. Mussolini, the man who coined the word fascism: "Everything within the State, nothing outside the State, nothing against the State." And Hitler, leader of the National Socialist German Workers' Party, whose program proclaimed "the common good before individual good." He subjected the entire German economy to State plans: the Four-Year Plan, frozen prices and wages, unions dissolved into a single state labor front, industrialists producing whatever the regime decided.
Their flags were different. Their designated enemies were different. But the machinery was the same: the individual doesn't exist, only the collective matters, and the State decides everything.
Why does it always end in totalitarianism? Because collectivism doesn't work. And when a system doesn't work, it has only two options: admit failure or force people. They always choose force.
Ludwig von Mises proved it as early as 1920: without free prices, without a market, a planner simply cannot know what to produce, how much, or at what cost. He is flying blind. A planned economy isn't a less efficient version of the market. It's an impossibility.
Friedrich Hayek drew the political conclusion in 1944 in The Road to Serfdom, a book he dedicated "to the socialists of all parties." One chapter is titled "The Socialist Roots of Naziism." Another, "Why the Worst Get on Top." For Hayek, controlling the economy isn't controlling one sector among others. It is "the control of the means for all our ends." Whoever controls your bread controls your life. Then your speech. Then your thoughts.
Milton Friedman put it his own way: a society that puts equality before freedom ends up with neither.
So we know exactly what works. It's not an opinion. It's a century of real-world experiments. Listen to the Austrian school, Mises and Hayek, with Friedman from Chicago alongside them: economic freedom, limited government, individual responsibility.
And this is where we get to the great accusatory inversion. Part of the left-wing press spends its time screaming fascism. Why? Because the fascism fantasy is the best way to never talk about the track record of their own ideas. Deep down, they know: if their collectivist program were applied all the way, it wouldn't work, because a collective economy cannot work. And an economy that doesn't work always ends up having to coerce, surveil and ban. In other words, it becomes exactly what they claim to be fighting. The real heirs of totalitarian logic are not the ones being pointed at.
So who gets called "far right" in 2026? People who want safe cities. People who want to keep their culture. People who just want to live a peaceful life, raise their kids, and not have to board up their shop every weekend. People who want the law to apply to everyone.
If that's the far right, then the word no longer means anything. And maybe that was the point.

Remember that both the capture of Eichmann and the Entebbe raid were globally condemned.
Those who sacrifice the security of the Jewish state for the approval of the gentiles will have neither.
Modern Jewish nationalism exists because Herzl saw millions of educated modern Frenchmen degenerate into a shambling, gibbering mob of antisemitic biomass the instant the Dreyfus Affair gave them the permission structure to do so.
If you want Bibi and company out of office, that’s understandable, but history has plainly shown us that when the mob successfully intimidates Jews into complying with one of their wishes, they never, EVER stop there.

When two Arab armies supported by the USSR launched a surprise attack against Israel in 1973, all of Europe except Portugal condemned Israel and banned the US from using their airspace to resupply Israel. Israel had a left-wing government. There is nothing new under the sun.

In his secret testimony to the Peel Commission in 1936, Winston Churchill admits that the clause in the mandate for Palestine about self-governing institutions only applies so long as Arabs agree to being ruled by Jews.

So cool
This wreck has been lying in the Baltic Sea for over a century, untouched. And there she was, the figurehead, still watching, still waiting. First time in a hundred years someone came to visit. Thought I’d share this moment.

My father has never hugged me.
Not when I was born. Not at my graduation. Not when I left home.
That's normal for a Japanese father his age. Love is a full gas tank when you visit. A bag of oranges handed over without a word.
Last month, my friend from Texas came to dinner at my parents' house. When it was time to go, he did what Texans do.
He hugged my mother.
Then he turned around and hugged my father.
My father froze. Arms straight down. Like a soldier being hugged by a bear.
Three seconds. Nobody breathed.
After he left, my father sat at the table for a long time. Then he said:
"In America… do they do that with their fathers too?"
"Every time," I said.
He nodded. That was all.
Two weeks later, I went home for dinner. When I was leaving, my father stood up, walked to the door, and put his arms around me.
Badly. Like he was assembling furniture with no instructions.
I'm over forty. It was the first time.
He let go, looked at the floor, and said, "Drive safely."
My mother told me later he'd been practicing on the dog.

Yup, get used to it
Piers Morgan: “So our friends don’t need to be transparent about their nuclear capability?”
Will Chamberlain: “Yeah, it’s good to be America’s friend…”
Piers: “But our enemies do?”
Will: “Yes.”Piers: “Wow.”
Will: “That’s exactly how it works. Because we have the B-2 bomber and they don’t.”
There it is. Israel gets the secret nuclear arsenal, the NPT free pass, and unlimited U.S. support while Gaza is levelled—because “friendship” and American B-2s. Everyone else has to play by the rules or get bombed. Totally not hypocrisy. Just how the world works when you control the biggest stick.🙄

What even is the argument that @nayibbukele should not go into Haiti and get his warriors back from allegedly cannibal gang members?
That this would violate some technical codocil of """international law?"""
Are you fucking kidding me? Is eating/"barbecuing" people legal? Taking over islands with your private army of street-gang shooters? Rules just simply are not objectively real, and it is worth pretending they are only with other civilized people willing to do so as well.

Mehdi once wrote a book about how to win an argument even when you know you’re wrong. The trick is to be manipulative and dishonest.
Mehdi has never to my knowledge talked seriously about the Israeli historical experience as he demands of me for Palestinians.
And Mehdi is accusing me of ignoring Palestinians in an interview that, though it was meant to be focused on the Israeli experience, talked a lot about Palestinians.
I’m starting to think Mehdi isn’t an entirely trustworthy guy.

Trump says “No” when asked if he sees JD Vance as his successor.
But didn’t Trump hear that Yoram Hazony dragged the Woke Right to Jerusalem to anoint Vance as Trump’s heir on October 7? Does Trump not recognise—and defer to the authority of—America’s new postliberal overlords?
"J.D. Vance is the successor to Donald Trump.
We support J.D. Vance.
MAGA supports J.D. Vance.
J.D. Vance is not an anti-Semite.
If you want to help strengthen this relationship, the sooner you get on the Vance train, the better."

The doc never details a single strike to make it recognizable from news reports.
In addition to the blanket anonymity afforded the complainants, there are no dates, no names or places, no targets.
As a result, no particular attack can be investigated. It's sheer hearsay.

They don’t have a choice in that. Israel is bound by the UN Charter, the ICJ, & related instruments like the 1948 Genocide Convention, & the 1949 Geneva Conventions.
As the State of Palestine comes under the protection of the ICC, israel is culpable for crimes it commits there.

Here’s 1 reply he got, the truth is many of those on the pro Palestinian side claiming to be humanitarian are in fact antisemitic Jew haters akin to the Nazis. Others are Islamists who want all Jews killed.

Hmm, who is better off mentally -- the person who cut off his genitals to affirm a belief that can never be true, or the person who notes that it's unhealthy to cut off your genitals to affirm a belief that can be true?
It must be the person noting it! Ha ha! What an incredibly clever rhetorical inversion I've come up with!
Oh wait -- you're saying it's the same rote, copypasted inversion that trans activists and allies always do? Oh. Right.
