It’s funny, you spend your whole life being told that racism is the scourge of the earth, and then a genocide happens live on your phone and you’re told to discuss it ‘fairly and with sensitivity’. No wonder we’re all a bit frazzled.

It is hard to overstate the significance of this development. Historically, AIPAC sustained an aura of invincibility that ensured it won most battles by walkover - if you are perceived as invincible, the other side doesn't even bother to fight you. Rather than invincibility, AIPAC's name now carries such toxicity that the group doesn't want its own name on its political donations.
SCOOP: AIPAC will no longer endorse congressional candidates or earmark donations to congressional campaigns. The group's super PAC, United Democracy Project, will continue to operate and it will urge members to donate directly to pro-Israel candidates. jewishinsider.com/2026/10/ai…

Wow. Aside from the overwhelming public recognition of genocide in Gaza, perhaps the most damning thing this polling exposes is the enormous chasm between our political representatives within the majority of parties, and the people they're supposed to represent. Who exactly are our MPs serving? Because, it doesn't appear to be the people who elected them. This is even bigger than Gaza. It's about the direction of our politics, the erosion of democratic accountability and the increasingly authoritarian tactics we're witnessing. We're seeing American Republican-style politics taking hold. Toe the party line. Defend the leadership. Demonise anyone who challenges it. Never break ranks, regardless of the consequences. Even when that means defending, supporting or enabling war crimes. Even when it means abandoning the very principles politicians were elected to uphold. And even when public opinion is overwhelmingly against them. The danger isn't simply that politicians are ignoring the electorate. It's that unquestioning loyalty to party leadership is becoming more important than truth, international law, human rights or democratic accountability. We talk about authoritarianism as though it's something that could happen to us in the future. But we should be asking how much of it we're already allowing to become normal now. If we allow this to continue unchecked, we may well be witnessing democracy drawing its last breath. @ZackPolanski #GazaGenocide #FreePalestine
Zionism is a racist ideology that has led to apartheid and genocide. Good luck turning us who oppose it into the extremists. We are the majority. 75% of us now think Israel is committing genocide.

THE HIERARCHY OF RACISM PERSISTS Andy Burnham’s government accepted all 27 recommendations of the ‘landmark’ antisemitism review at lightning speed yesterday. But what exactly constitutes antisemitism, and who defines it? Why isn’t the same urgency applied to rising racism, Islamophobia and bigotry against other communities? Obviously some victims are deemed more worthy of protection than others.

🇵🇸 An Israeli commander accused of a role in killing 6-year-old Hind Rajab in Gaza is in the US, the Belgium-based Hind Rajab Foundation reports. The group filed an emergency request Monday asking the Justice Department to arrest Maj. Sean Glass, who led a company it says was a few hundred meters from Hind's car as Israeli fire left 335 bullet holes in it. It says he likely gave the order and later vowed to "return to the battle and finish the work." Rep. Rashida Tlaib said the US is "obligated to arrest and investigate" him. The foundation's Jake Romm discussed the case with streamer Hasan Piker. ⬇️
🇺🇸🚨 The #HindRajabFoundation has filed an urgent request with the U.S. Department of Justice, demanding the immediate investigation, arrest, and prosecution of Sean Glass, currently present in the United States. Glass commanded the Israeli unit implicated in Hind Rajab's murder. HRF's investigation places the 52nd Battalion—including Glass and his Vampire Empire Company—near her vehicle during the killing. Today, Glass walks free in the U.S. ➡️ More → bit.ly/4iv2Zio

Washington and Jerusalem Have Learned the Wrong Lessons from Their Wars with Iran I regret to say that neither the United States nor Israel appears to have learned the most important lessons from their previous military campaigns against Iran. Five realities must be understood before launching another war: 1. Iran will not surrender. Even a far more intense and destructive military campaign, including strikes against critical energy infrastructure, is unlikely to force Tehran into capitulation. The Iranian leadership will not simply abandon its nuclear ambitions or ballistic missile program under military pressure. If anything, another war could further strengthen its determination to preserve these capabilities. 2. Washington and Jerusalem cannot dictate the duration of the war. Anyone who believes another military campaign can be limited to a few days is making a dangerous assumption. Iran's response is likely to be extensive and violent, potentially forcing the United States and Israel to launch additional strikes. Once this cycle begins, controlling the pace, scope, and duration of the conflict will become extraordinarily difficult. 3. There is no military silver bullet. Striking Iranian infrastructure, including energy facilities, will not magically resolve the Iranian challenge. On the contrary, such attacks could trigger massive Iranian retaliation against energy infrastructure across the Middle East, with devastating regional and global consequences. 4. Iran will have surprises of its own. American and Israeli planners should not assume that Tehran will respond only with missiles and drones. Iran could attempt to disrupt undersea communications cables, conduct unconventional operations, or even launch limited ground operations against vulnerable targets in Kuwait or Bahrain. These are potential scenarios, not certainties, but they cannot be dismissed. Moreover, another confrontation could rapidly become a regional war, with Hezbollah, Iraqi Shiite militias, and the Houthis likely to join the fighting in one form or another. The assumption that a war against Iran can remain geographically contained is deeply questionable. 5. The global economic consequences could be severe. Another major conflict would almost certainly put substantial upward pressure on global energy prices, particularly if Iranian energy facilities were targeted and Tehran retaliated against Gulf energy infrastructure. The consequences would extend far beyond the Middle East, affecting global markets, inflation, and economic stability. The bottom line is simple: Without a return to a diplomatic agreement, another military escalation in the Gulf increasingly appears difficult to avoid. But that does not mean another war would achieve its strategic objectives. Even a highly destructive campaign targeting Iran's most critical infrastructure may fail to produce meaningful strategic gains. Instead, the United States and Israel could find themselves trapped in another prolonged war of attrition, with no decisive outcome, mounting economic costs, and an increasingly unstable Middle East. The fundamental lesson of the previous campaigns should be clear: Military superiority does not automatically translate into strategic success. Before launching another war, Washington and Jerusalem must answer a basic question: What exactly can another military campaign achieve that the previous ones failed to accomplish, and what is the exit strategy if Iran refuses to back down? There is no kinetic solution to the Iranian challenge. Ignoring that reality risks repeating the same strategic mistakes, only at a much higher cost. #Iran #iran

This isn't tackling antisemitism. It is forcing a framework that makes teachers and pupils increasingly afraid to speak about Palestine. Our Government serves Israel. The End.
🚨 NEW: The Government has accepted all 27 recommendations from the report to end antisemitism in schools and colleges 1. Recognise antisemitism as a distinct form of hatred, not just general racism 2. Strengthen political impartiality guidance, including limits on teachers wearing pro-Palestine badges 3. Establish a national hotline for school leaders dealing with antisemitism 4. Improve teaching about contemporary antisemitism and modern Jewish life 5. Teach pupils to recognise and challenge antisemitic conspiracy theories 6. Include antisemitism explicitly in school safeguarding policies 7. Train teachers to recognise and tackle antisemitism 8. Work with the Home Office and the Prevent programme to help schools identify when antisemitism may be linked to radicalisation 9. Encourage schools to adopt the IHRA working definition of antisemitism 10. Improve procedures for reporting antisemitic incidents, including signposting 11. Ensure antisemitic bullying and complaints are investigated and acted on consistently 12. Make clear in staff conduct policies that antisemitism is unacceptable 13. Strengthen Holocaust education, including antisemitism's role in the Holocaust, and encourage schools to mark Holocaust Memorial Day 14. Create more opportunities for pupils to engage with Jewish communities, including visits to synagogues 15. Make sure Judaism and modern Jewish life are properly represented in religious education 16. Improve media literacy so pupils can also identify online antisemitism 17. Provide better resources for teaching the Israel-Palestine conflict fairly and sensitively 18. Ensure schools have clear policies for dealing with antisemitism involving external speakers 19. Ensure education unions have clear antisemitism policies 20. Establish a dedicated support service to help schools, colleges and councils deal with antisemitism 21. Use some of the Government's security funding to help Jewish schools and colleges undertake educational visits safely 22. Run a campaign to tackle antisemitic behaviour at transport hubs near Jewish schools and colleges 23. Provide Jewish school and college leaders with mentoring and more security advice 24. Strengthen accountability for schools that fail to deal properly with antisemitism 25. Enable Ofsted and the Independent Schools Inspectorate to assess how schools tackle antisemitism 26. Make local councils identify local patterns of antisemitism and help schools respond 27. Share effective practice and guidance between schools and colleges

‼️Israel is engineering famine in Gaza once again. For six days, not a single truck carrying food or vegetables has entered. Instead, Israel allows charcoal, animal feed, clothes and detergents while food disappears from markets. This is deliberate starvation by design.
