New to Samsung with the Galaxy Z Fold 8 or Fold 8 Ultra? Here are three features worth trying right away:
🔔 1. Take control of notifications. Go to Settings → Notifications → Advanced settings → enable “Manage notification categories for each app.” Now you can press and hold a notification to disable specific types, like promotions, without missing important alerts.
🪟 2. Master multitasking. Go to Settings → Advanced features → Multi window → enable “Swipe for split screen.” Swipe up from the bottom with two fingers for horizontal split-screen, or swipe inward from either side with two fingers for vertical split-screen. Run multiple apps side by side and make the most of that big display.
📲 3. Give each screen its own layout. Want different apps and widgets on your cover and inner screens? Pinch the home screen → Settings → turn off “Cover screen mirroring.” Now you can customize each display independently.

Chickens spend 256 minutes carving a tower of greens in rural China
In a bamboo grove in rural China, a man piles greens onto a pole — and lets the chickens do the rest. 🐔🌿They peck at the leafy tower for 256 minutes straight. 🕐Bite by bite, they carve it into a sculpture. "It looks like a doner kebab," netizens say. The chickens are the real sculptors here.
