Contrarian take:
2 years of free market regulators at the SEC and CFTC, operating with urgency, backed, for the most part, by the financial industry, will entrench tokenization, Bitcoin and crypto innovation into the mainstream.
NOTHING Warren and Brown can do will stop that, BUT they CAN and will TRY to make sure the largest players are in control.
Bitcoin is already beyond that with Blackrock & Fidelity leading the charge.
Tokenization will proceed apace, with a major battle between open and closed systems that this result might push towards closed.
Crypto style innovations like perpetuals are here to stay and will grow.
But, the regulatory arbitrage of launching crypto tokens without disclosures is going to close…
All in all, NONE of this matters to Bitcoin or utility tokens without disclosures value even a FRACTION of the macro environment. Deficits increasing and monetization ramping up is THE driver in the intermediate term.

2) What would you let your AI negotiate without you? A refund feels different from your salary, working hours, or next job. Where would you give it freedom, and where would it need permission? “Get me a better deal” leaves a surprising amount unsaid about what you’re willing to give up.
