Good news/Bad news First the bad news: -The people who celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk gained enormous political power last night. -The Red/Green alliance will continue to grow in power. -The DSA will continue to grow in power. -The people who have come here illegally or through a flawed visa system will get away with even more fraud. -The secure border is in jeopardy and my guess is waves of illegals start pouring into the country again. -The people who hate our culture and people will double down. -Law enforcement will be attacked like never before. -The attack on Christianity will grow. -The displacement of Americans in colleges and in the workforce will increase. -The dishonest brokers in the media will ramp up calls of racism and hate for simply wanting to protect America. -We are all much less safe. There is some good news: -In Texas, a Republican majority in the State Senate will be able to stop a lot of what the radical democrats will try. -The Trump administration still runs the Executive branch for the next two years and should be able to stop some of the crazy in Congress. -The smaller Republican coalition will have to have an honest conversation about how we move forward. -Republicans will have to admit they carry some of blame, not just for the last two years, but for decades of not helping our people. -The realization that 6 million Christians stayed home should wake up dead churches. -Really bad people, even on our side were totally exposed. -Democrats will be so radical that the voters will remember how bad they are. -The pendulum will inevitably swing back in 2028. -New leaders will emerge and lead the fight to save our state, our country and our culture.

All true. Now make your boss understand because any amnesty would mark the end of the GOP, which would be fine but/for the fact there is no other alternative to communism at the moment. And for God's sake: END. THE. WAR.
One of the things the data analysts on our side obsessed over was "composition"—whether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And despite polls that showed a Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story: in some states turnout was merely OK, in other states it was downright amazing, and in no state was it catastrophic. There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team: our people were showing up. So, I asked the smartest data guy I know, does that mean we're going to shock the world? "No," he told me. "We might do better than the polls suggest. But the data is telling us that a lot of Trump/Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys. Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us." Well, that looks prophetic now. Our voters did show up. In Florida, for example, the electorate was 9 points more Republican than Democrat, just a couple points worse than 2024. Undoubtedly there were places we could have done better on turnout. But the main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026. There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasn’t sharp enough down the stretch. I’m sure that’s true. But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone. Another pollster—one of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday we’d lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were: 1) End the war 2) Focus on cost of living/inflation 3) Put America First 4) Change our relationship to Israel Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (She’s also a great person.) In the next few months, there's going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I'm open to the idea that we should change enforcement—by focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you. The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night. If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest. But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there. I remain hopeful about our country. To the people who are pissed off and want to say, “I told you so”: you’re right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview. To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Let’s take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.

100 percent true. @TNGOP: take note.
Thoughts on the midterms - The Chamber of Commerce GOP is much as an enemy as the Left. - Engaging in half measures mobilizes & energizes the Left and doesn't hurt them. - The Right has no patronage to create a durable election machine You rarely see 20% point flips for Dems

What happened last night has put to death, entirely, the concept of bringing in foreigners and letting them "assimilate". They don't assimilate. They come here and they become voters in the Democrat machine and then some of you Republicans are just shocked to see the Dems take power in places like Texas, Georgia and Iowa. This is what happens and what will continue to happen until real Americans grow the spine necessary to take our country back and enforce deportations like the world has never seen. Short of that, this silence and this fear of being called "racist" will go down as nothing more than a sulclde pact.

Folks, Greg Abbott did this to himself. He begged the tech companies to come to Texas, and he had them bring their H1b employees, most of which are from India. 70 to 80 percent vote democrat. He pleased big business and got himself voted out. Did you ever wonder why the US Border Patrol was not mass deporting illegal aliens out of Houston or Dallas wholesale? His chickens have come home to roost.
"Texas has added ~476k new lawful permanent residents in just the last four years. That scale of legal immigration is more than enough to erase the old GOP margin and produce the early Democratic lead we’re seeing tonight."

Senate GOP leadership needs to resign tomorrow morning. Worthless failures.
Democrats now control judicial nominees and Cabinet officials. Republicans could have eliminated blue slips and got people through. Senate Leadership is as much as fault as Trump is for tonight.

@MarshaBlackburn @VoteMarsha Maybe it isn't a good idea to emulate Abbott and replace the population for a few bucks, ehh?
Greg Abbott let these people erect a ninety foot eyesore and they handed him his walking papers.

Send him home, Texas.
Rep. @PeteSessions, the American people voted for mass deportations, not a negotiated retreat back to Biden’s failed policies. President Trump has a clear mandate to enforce the law. Congress needs to grow a backbone, not look for exits. You can't say you want to end illegal immigration while rewarding it. Selective enforcement = de facto amnesty.

MIDDLE TENNESSEE - THIS SOMALI MUSLIM IS TRYING TO CHANGE OUR STATE WITH THE HELP OF TIRRC (Tennessee Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition)! A Somali Muslim organizer with TIRRC is openly targeting Black and brown communities across Middle Tennessee to pull them into the state’s politics and shift the culture. Salma Ali, a Somali founder of the Muslim Sisterhood Society and TIRRC Votes Civic Engagement Coordinator, has been knocking on doors and running events to mobilize these groups. In the Nashville Banner’s own reporting, she said she and the TIRRC team have already hit 75,000 doors while specifically engaging her “Black and brown neighbors.” They held a postcard-writing party at Taichi Bubble Tea in Brentwood, and AMAC has been tabling outside local mosques in the Nashville area pushing the same message. Other organizers tied to these efforts are active in Nashville and Robertson County. This is not neutral “civic engagement.” It’s a coordinated push by immigrant-led and progressive groups to activate specific racial and religious blocs in places like Brentwood, Nashville, and surrounding counties so they can vote in larger numbers and change Tennessee’s political direction. The article itself frames it as empowering those communities because “the system was messed up” and because of fears around citizenship and belonging. Tennesseans who want to keep the state’s traditional character and politics should pay attention to who’s organizing, who they’re targeting, and where these efforts are focused!!! nashvillebanner.com/2026/10/…

BECF is the agency. Gov candidates have to be audited if they get 10+% of the vote and they can also audit if they suspect something.
