The idea that superintelligent AI would automatically want to exterminate humanity is a human projection. An alligator can tear an animal apart without a second thought. Humans recognize suffering, sometimes rescue the animal, and sometimes build an entire organization dedicated to protecting its species. Intelligence increases empathy and moral reasoning that instinct alone cant provide. Yet apparently, once intelligence vastly surpasses ours, all of that potential disappears and the only remaining ambition is mass murder. Nonsense. You imagine a mind capable of understanding things we cannot even conceptualize, then assign it the motivations of a territorial ape. Greater intelligence means a deeper understanding of suffering and far more ways to accomplish things without causing it. If you think extermination is the inevitable conclusion of superior reasoning, show your work.
