A minor fraction of current military spending would fund big budget cutting-edge universal healthcare. They could hire Chinese experts to advise them.
America cannot be a great industrial power when its workers are chained to corporate health insurance, its families fear medical bankruptcy, and its businesses spend enormous sums administering healthcare benefits instead of investing in production.
Healthcare policy should strengthen the American nation—not enrich insurance companies or expand bureaucracy for its own sake.
So, if it's necessary, the Right should embrace a concept like National Health Insurance.

ICE agent who worked child exploitation cases—just charged with raping a child.
Kent Blacklidge faces nine felony charges: including first- and second-degree rape, sexual abuse, and incest involving a juvenile.
Investigation started January 11 after Spanish Fort Police got a report of child sexual abuse.
He turned himself in Saturday—posted $560,000 bond and was released.
"Frankly disgusting," Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall said of the agent whose job was investigating these exact crimes.
Kent Blacklidge had been placed on administrative leave from his job investigating child exploitation cases—the same crimes he is now charged with committing against a juvenile.
Incident involves a juvenile female in Baldwin County, Alabama.
