🔸Don’t be obtuse. Nations implementing such systems don’t do so on an arbitrary whim or caprice. They enact laws first. Once the law is certain, positive and constitutional, it can and must be implemented. You don’t make rules through a press statement on X. Such rule by decree belongs to the dark ages. The rule of law is a given in the nations you’re referring to. How can you want their systems but not the enabling legal framework? Where has that ever worked? We need new leaders.🇿🇼
