🚨 Another Controversy Over Haji Malang Dargah! Anurag Singh and other members of Sakal Hindu Samaj reached Haji Malang Dargah and raised slogans demanding the “liberation” of Malang Gad. How long will Muslim religious sites continue to be dragged into controversies? The faith, identity, and traditions associated with religious places must be respected. The Constitution guarantees every citizen the right to religious freedom and the protection of their faith. The administration must act impartially, uphold the rule of law, and ensure that the religious sentiments of Muslims are not undermined. Respect religious freedom. Two Muslim men, Shahid Akhtar and Saad Mohammad, were lynched by a mob in West Bengal. Yet, serious questions remain unanswered. Three people have been arrested in connection with the killings, while seven others were arrested in a separate alleged cattle theft case. But who mobilised the mob? Why has there been no clear action against those who set vehicles on fire? And why was the footage of the incident deleted? Arrests alone are not justice. Every perpetrator must be held accountable, and the families of Shahid Akhtar and Saad Mohammad deserve justice.

NSUI JAMIA STUDENT ACTIVISTS FAIZAN AND ZEESHAN SENT TO TIHAR JAIL, AN ATTACK ON THE JAMIA MOVEMENT NSUI Jamia student activists Faizan and Zeeshan were arrested by Delhi Police from Jamia Gate yesterday at 2 PM. They were kept in illegal detention for 24 hours before being produced before the SEM today and sent to judicial custody at Tihar Jail for three days. The police have made completely baseless and false allegations that the students were disturbing public peace. Instead, the students were picked up unnecessarily from outside the university gate. This is an attempt to intimidate students and suppress the ongoing peaceful student movement at Jamia, which is demanding students’ union elections, student representation and democratic rights. Targeting student leaders will not silence the demand for student democracy. We demand that Delhi Police stop targeting students and release Faizan and Zeeshan immediately. The authorities must stop criminalising student movements, respect students’ democratic rights and allow the peaceful movement at Jamia to continue without intimidation.
