Reading this and having worked on MICA for the longest time, makes me realize how far we’ve gone.
MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is the European Union’s landmark all-in-one rulebook for cryptocurrency. It replaces a confusing mess of 27 different national laws with a single unified framework across the entire European Economic Area (EEA). [1, 2, 3]
Basically if you have a crypto token launching in the European Union, you have to comply with Mica
You also have to file and have. White paper that is MiCA compliant.
