BAYC is cooking again. And Mudwater might be one of Yuga’s smartest plays yet.
Yuga Labs dropped Mudwater, bringing BAYC into the physical x digital collectibles meta on Solana.
And there’s more to unpack than just another NFT drop.
Here’s the alpha:
Phygital is the play. 120 OG BAYC artworks turned into trading cards, bridging IRL collectibles with onchain ownership.
ERC-6551 utility. BAYC and MAYC holders get token-bound Totems to claim packs. Actual NFT composability.
Multichain expansion. An Ethereum-native blue chip tapping into Solana’s liquidity and collector ecosystem.

I have to say Bored Apes are fuggin strong. I don't use language like that for most projects but I only own 3 packs of Mudwater and have had a ton of @BoredApeYC followers from both the main apes and mutant apes. I am beyond impressed and it makes me want in more and more. Looking for the right mutant...and entry. I need an ape, the community is just built different.

I have a solution.

We want to reward execution, not performance theater. The best traders should be the ones attracting capital, not the best actors.

What is it?
When we launched our startup, PHP in Laravel was the natural way forward.
70% of people use PHP to build products, banks included.

Shops around the world are applying to host Azuki TCG tournaments. Just this week we had shops from Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Colombia, Peru... just to name a few.
Meanwhile, the team is setting up our booth at SPIEL Essen in Germany!
We've spent years building these characters and this world, with so many of you here from the beginning. Seeing shops in places I never expected want to bring Azuki to their communities means a lot.
Someone's first introduction to Azuki could be with a game at their local card shop. They can dig into it more and read the manga or rock a pfp and become part of this with us. Very excited for where we're headed.

I started in this space in 2021 with 1000 dollars. At that time, this was almost 1/3 of my bank account
What many don’t know is I come from an extremely humble background. We immigrated to Canada in the search for a better life and education.
In the last 4 years I’ve managed to pay off my parents debts and my debts. Debts my parents had accumulated over the last 25 years of their lives ensuring that their kid has a proper education and the life that he deserves.
I watched my dad wear and re wear clothes until you could visibly see the wear and tear on them. Today I stand proudly next to him as his support system and they don’t have to think twice before buying clothes or picking what to eat at the grocery store.
I ain’t resting until both I and them have a house to call their own.
I will make sure everyone around me is taken care of and tbh none of this would be possible without this space
Crazy to think there was a time where we didn’t know if we’d have enough money to have food on the table next week.
the crypto space needs to highlight more stories from people who have gone from $0 to making enough money to quit their job and take care of their families
I dont understand why every single success story is about buying a super car, an expensive watch, and taking private flights
the entire point of all of this is to buy freedom for you and your loved ones, and many of the people buying expensive shit can’t afford it and are doing it just to flex on the internet
yet those are the people who get glazed the hardest
give me more feel good stories of someone who retired their parents, quit a 9-5 and never has to work again, or bought a modest house in cash
that’s what we really need more of
