Senator Schiff, you popped out of your chair and escaped the hearing room right before I told all your colleagues that you had a funky pardon.
I tried to warn you!
What a ridiculous election system we have in America.
More great work by the guys at Muckraker.
BREAKING: Katie Hobbs-Aligned Canvassers Caught Willing to Allow Non-Citizens and a Felon to Vote
Muckraker went undercover in Arizona to investigate the groups working to re-elect Gov. Katie Hobbs @katiehobbs and other Democrats.
The full report is quote tweeted below.
Here’s what we found:
Stand Indivisible Arizona (endorsed Gov. Hobbs in its 2026 ballot guide) — Our journalist posed as a Canadian citizen and asked to register to vote. The canvasser not only agreed to help the alleged non-citizen register but also, when asked whether other Canadians could register too, said, "Tell them to do it online."
Worker Power (working to re-elect Gov. Hobbs) — Our journalist told a canvasser they were not a U.S. citizen. Despite this, at our journalist’s request, the canvasser marked “yes” on the citizenship question of the voter registration form.
When We Count (the DNC’s own registration program) — Our journalist posed as a felon on probation and asked to register to vote. The canvassers looked up the law and saw that a felon on probation is ineligible. Even so, they encouraged our journalist to register: “You should just do it.”
AFL-CIO (phone bank mobilizing voters for Gov. Hobbs) — Our undercover journalist asked a phone bank trainer whether to ask the people being called if they're citizens. The trainer’s answer: “We don’t care.”
Our journalists stopped every exercise before any voter registration form was submitted.
We also asked Gov. Katie Hobbs about these findings.
Watch this report and share it with the world.

The Oversight Project released a new tranche of internal emails from Special Counsel Jack Smith’s office that were obtained through a FOIA lawsuit.
Smith’s prosecutors admit that privileged material reached investigators who should have never seen it. The emails show they repeatedly discussed deleting records.

The Oversight Project is having a busy day.
Our investigative team uncovered Biden corruption coverups in Ukraine.
And now lawyer dynamo Marshall Yates is revealing this simple sequence:
1) Behind the scenes, Jack Smith’s team is seeing numerous packets of lawyer-client privileged materials (which is unlawful and a breach of DOJ’s Justice Manual).
2) But Jack Smith asserts to Congress and says he treated legal privilege by the book.
Both cannot be true. And we know that it’s the by-the-book claim that’s the lie.
Jack Smith’s abuse of power knew no limits — not the Constitution, not his own office’s rules, and not the truth. Smith sat before the Senate Judiciary Committee under oath and told the American people his office followed the rules. These records detail that Jack Smith’s team consistently failed to follow filter team protocols and may have taken steps to destroy records to avoid FOIA.

Important thread showing how the Deep State through the Foreign Influence Task Force tried to destroy a witness against Biden.
This is just like the Operation Round River that they ran to cover for Biden corruption in Ukraine.

This is an incredible tool.
We've spent four years fighting the government for docs in court and scooping up releases and relevant records.
Now your job to oversee your government is made easy.
IT'S YOUR GOVERNMENT.
We need a civic revival to reclaim self-government.
The plot thickens!!!
UNELECTED by @DataRepublican is a great Christmas gift.
It's a great Halloween gift.
It's a great Thanksgiving gift.
It's a great New Years gift.
Get it and also get it to your friends and family.
The book, UNELECTED, is all about the exact same people I've been exposing the last few days, and the ecosystem where they came from.
If you want to understand how we truly got in this mess, and how we will get out... get this book. It's massive and long. I promise it's worth it.

At the end of the day, someone is going to be right and someone is going to be wrong.
The data to answer this exists and it's just not being released. We are suing to get it out.
The Amnesty Lobby wants to use the 3M figure so they can say enough has been done.
Migration Policy Institute, who loves migration both legal and illegal, has deportations at 340k since January 2025.
I've been using 500k as the ceiling in my estimates, which have trended close to my earlier predictions based on the policies being used (minimal worksite).
Regardless of where you stand on the issue, we deserve to know how many illegals are in this country and how many have been deported.
I don't want my nation to become France, no matter how politically expedient in the current moment it may be to inflate data.
Replying to @Phase2Deport
@Phase2Deport asked DHS for numbers , they handed us a page of black bars and called it data.
The Oversight Project asked DHS for deportation statistics. What came back was a fully redacted summary of voluntary departures.
A slap in the face to every taxpayer paying for this.
France is no better. 2,400 arrests after the riots. Nearly 1,000 officers hurt. Still no public breakdown of who was arrested.
Different countries. Same line: trust us.I don't. Neither should you. If the numbers prove the policy works, publish them. If they don't, we should know that too.
Read my new piece in @theblaze and repost if you think the public has a right to see the data:

Absolutely correct. The pro-mass migration lobbies, both on right and left, have spent generations trying to cement a romantic view of migration as some sort of static and necessary good. This is where "legal good, illegal bad" comes from and is basically an incantation of the swamp.
The truth is it's not static at all. Sometimes you can use some, sometimes you can't America has absolutely binged for generations. And now America is not as American. It needs an immigration GLP-1 and to throw all the snack food out of the cupboards via mass deportation.
Yes, there will be some growing pains in that national recovery process. Breaking any addiction is hard.
Truth is, we could end all the visa programs tomorrow and still be facing the same fate as France. They have New York City now and much more. Unless we begin a mass deportation operation we will be France.
Cutting out the low-hanging and particularly offensive fruit like these visas is an obvious necessary but insufficient step.
We are in very deep right now and the window for fixing it completely has passed, but the window for fixing it substantially is still open.
Immigration policy must be driven by the present, not the past, and business leaders are too terrified of the left AND the right to acknowledge this.
Recent H1B discourse revolves around a longstanding immigration sleight-of-hand. H1B proponents point to exceptional people who came here decades ago as if they represent the current state of the program in the same way that advocates for low-skill/illegal immigration point to very favorable immigrant crime/welfare/education/etc statistics that do, in truth, have them beating native-born Americans on many fronts.
It is all a sham. The world that created those statistics, people, and businesses no longer exists. Brilliant but desperate Vietnamese fathers who fled communism have nothing in common with young men from Honduras, and the crime rates/economic acccomplishments/integration of the former should not be used to justify mass migration of the latter.
Nor should the accomplishments of people who managed to get an H1B visa in the 90s (when the program was capped to just 65,000 visas) be used to justify staffing agencies and tech companies using the program to replace American jobs for less money. The obvious abuse going on is politically suicidal and something that even the most ardent supporters of the visa should want to crack down on, no immigration program can possibly survive the obvious and widely known reality of what is going on. I am a longtime outspoken advocate for stealing the best people from other countries to make our own better, runaway abuse of existing programs robs the government of the worker trust required to do so.
Lots of people in the tech space know this. Even the dumb people are smart enough to see it. Nobody actually believes these are all incredible people with unique talents performing jobs no American can. Everyone knows the guy in Cubicle Bay 7 doing mediocre but functional web design for half the salary of his American peers is no savant and doesn't meet the statutory requirements for his H-1B visa.
Unfortunately, most people with power or profile are terrified that any public statement or acknowledgement will get them attacked by the right (You guys have been screwing over American workers for years with visa abuse, you damn hypocrite!) or the left (You are racist, sexist, misogynist, and sucking up to this fascist administration!). Or, more likely, both. I know too many tech execs in particular who feel trapped, like the only winning move is to stay silent.
JD is blowing the whole thing wide open by putting facts and stats front and center that nobody wants to engage with. Critics will talk about anything and everything else but these damning facts and this obvious truth, that H1B visas serve neither their original purpose, legal purpose, invented purpose, or the American people.

"There's no longer an in-between. We will have mass deportation, or we will have importation. There's no longer a third option available"
@JasonKillmeyer to @TuckerCarlson on why mass deportation is the only option once politicians choose permanent importation over Americans
Don't forget that @BarackObama presented a series of "facts" to the American People regarding @Ilhan.
He went further than most of Ilhan (LNU) defenders who drew the line at saying "well she may have, but it's not a big deal."
He went all the way.
It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.
Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country.
Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.
Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve.
In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota.
The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.
It's THE issue and the glue that holds a beautiful coalition together.
