.@the_andrey_x and I were charged with assault, along with five other offenses. After being kept up all night and interrogated for seven hours, we finally saw a judge. He watched the footage and concluded it was clearly a one-sided attack and that we were the victims. His response was to ban us from the West Bank for two months, let the police keep my phone, and bring no charges against the settlers he had just watched attack us.
Hi, I'm free. Beat up but fine. Police stole my phone. Settlers punched me in the face several times, likely broke @AdeleShoko's wrist and gave @the_andrey_x a concussion. They threatened to shoot us with an assault rifle over and over. Will tell the full story later, but for now, I just want to be clear about what happened. We witnessed two settlers locking a military gate in Umm al-Khair, blocking the only way to more than twenty Palestinian communities: trapping families inside, preventing students from reaching school and workers from their jobs, blocking delivery of food and access to ambulances, etc. It's a crime that the military has this ability at all--but last night, we discovered that random settler terrorists also have the key. We confronted them and began asking questions on camera, and they nearly murdered us for it. When the police finally arrived, they arrested Andrey and me and charged us with assault. The gate is still locked.

Trump-backed Salvadoran regime is occupying Haiti
🇭🇹 🇸🇻 Salvadoran troops have been flown into Haiti over the past week on two private charter planes, one operated by a Honduran company and the other by an Ecuador-based firm, according to Haiti researcher Jake Johnston, who shared video of soldiers disembarking. Who is paying for the flights remains unclear. El Salvador now has "more than two thousand soldiers" deployed in Haiti, its Foreign Ministry said Wednesday after President Nayib Bukele spoke with Haiti’s appointed Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé. It called the search for four missing air force technicians "a large-scale operation backed by various countries and international organizations," without naming them. It also said Bukele had discussed "the permanence of the mission" and pledged to keep helping fight Haiti's gangs. The two governments framed the deployment differently. Haiti's statement places it "within the framework" of the UN-backed Gang Suppression Force and stresses "respect for the authority of the Haitian state." El Salvador's doesn't mention the force at all. Johnston says the deployment is "clearly" a longer-term one "well beyond 'search and rescue.'"

no, you did not misread that: the State Dept. OIG determined in Sept. 2025 that it would take TWELVE AND A HALF YEARS to review all the allegations of human rights abuses by IDF units that receive US military aid
NEW: A Sept 2025 IG report I obtained via FOIA request sheds light on Biden admin arms transfers to Israel: -a 12.5 year backlog for reviewing alleged human rights violations by IDF units receiving aid -outdated training/guidance -no verification that barred units didn't get aid

This is possibly the reason the White House stopped posting the transcripts of Trump's remarks. If you read them, you realize very quickly that he is out of his mind.
Here’s another clip of a woman reading Trump’s words verbatim from a recent rally in Mississippi that puts a giant magnifying glass over how gone he is cognitively and unfit he is for office.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the US military has taken our Patriot Missile Defense System out of Texas and sent it to Israel in preparation for a new round of combat operations against Iran after the midterms. At the same time, the Intercept reports that "top defense officials are expressing increasing worry about the vulnerability of U.S. bases around the world and even within the United States..." Fun fact: a Brazilian reporter went to Eduardo Bolsonaro’s home in Texas to ask questions about Flávio’s money laundering, and Eduardo Bolsonaro called ICE to have the reporter arrested. If the reporter hadn’t held dual citizenship, he would have been deported.

⭕️ Leak exposes records of more than 41,000 DHS employees and contractors, including undercover ICE agents The transparency nonprofit Distributed Denial of Secrets publishedan archive it calls “Icepick” on Wednesday, which contains the records of more than 41,000 DHS employees and contractors. In a press release, DDoSecrets said the information comes from DHS’s Okta login system and was obtained by a group that calls itself the Department of Peace. That group attached a note that said, “They have our information, so it’s only fair that we have theirs.” The records, last updated on August 19, cover the DHS and seven component agencies, including emails, phone numbers, office addresses, supervisor names, and permission groups referencing undercover agents, and surveillance programs. DHS said it was working to address a potential security breach.
NEW: A leak of DHS records has exposed details of more than 41,000 employees and contractors, including workers’ cellphone numbers, ICE and CBP facility locations, and members of groups tied to wiretap programs, Palantir software, and xAI’s Grok chatbot. wired.com/story/massive-leak…
