SCOTUS can't just declare that parts of the Constitution are "extinct". Of course lefties don't understand why the Constitution deliberately so difficult to amend.

PSA: Apparently the United States is approaching to 500 million civilian owned firearms, which is about 40-50% globally. First off those 500 million are the ones the government knows of, secondly we need to get to at least 90% globally. So do yourself and the United States a favor and go buy more guns. End of message.
