Never forget three types of people in your life.
Who helped you in difficult times.
Who left you in difficult times.
Who put you in difficult times.

I can't keep blaming the wind for the damage when I was the one who left the window open. Accountability starts with accepting your own mistakes.

Some people mistake boundaries for arrogance, especially when they can no longer access your wallet.
SHE WAS THE OFFICE'S MOST UNPOPULAR EMPLOYEE. THEN THE COMPANY DISCOVERED WHY SHE NEVER LENT ANYONE MONEY. 😂
For months, everyone in the office had one complaint about Angela.
She never lent colleagues money.
Not even for lunch.
Whenever someone approached her with the familiar opening, "Angela, please, I need a small favor."
She already knew the ending.
One Wednesday morning, Brian approached her desk.
"Angela, could you lend me $50? I'll refund you on Friday."
Angela smiled. "Which Friday?"
Brian laughed. "This coming Friday, of course!"
"Wonderful. Which month?"
Brian walked away.
At lunchtime, three colleagues gathered around her desk.
"Honestly, Angela, money isn't everything. Sometimes we need to support one another."
Angela nodded. "Absolutely. That's why I support you by allowing you to keep your financial problems to yourself."
They weren't amused.
That afternoon, the HR manager announced that the company was experiencing cash-flow problems and salaries would be delayed.
Suddenly, the office became very quiet.
Brian slowly approached Angela again.
"Angela, can I ask you something?"
"Certainly."
"Do you happen to have some money I could borrow until payday?"
Angela looked at him, then opened her drawer.
Inside was a neatly labelled envelope.
EMERGENCY FUND.
Brian's eyes widened.
"You've been saving all this time?"
Angela nodded.
"Yes. I don't borrow money, I don't lend money, and I don't spend tomorrow's salary today."
Brian sighed.
"You're really good with money."
Angela smiled.
"Thank you. It's a habit I developed after lending you $50 last year."
Brian froze.
"Wait... you remember that?"
"Of course. It's still missing."
Brian quietly returned to his desk.

I was alone in the bedroom with my husband's best friend when I heard the front door open.
My husband was home.
I panicked and told Mark to hide in the wardrobe.
A few seconds later, my husband walked into the bedroom.
"Baby, have you seen Mark?" he asked.
I shook my head.
"No, why?"
He smiled and walked straight toward the wardrobe.
Then he knocked on the door and said:
"Mark, you can come out now. I know you're in there."
My blood ran cold.
He turned to me and calmly added:
"Next time you cheat on me, at least choose someone who doesn't call me before coming over."
I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
Then he opened the wardrobe and said:
"Come on, best friend. We need to talk."
I just stood there looking like a child who had been caught stealing food😂
Your ability to learn from people younger than you is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Stay curious, welcome fresh perspectives and let go of the need to appear knowledgeable about everything.
Personal growth begins when your ego stops blocking new ideas.

Money should improve your life, not make you look down on others. Stay humble, treat people well and remember that circumstances can change overnight.

I always wonder, if two people are truly meant to be together, why do they have to lose each other first?
