I’m joining @TheAthleticNBA as a managing editor.
I’m so excited to team up with @glennyoder, @tybatiste and a world-class lineup of sports journalists. We want fans to get the best reporting, analysis and storytelling in the game. I’m ready to get to work.
He called it “The Delta Center” numerous times. Let’s put “Delta Center” out to pasture already
We’re excited to share the next phase of what’s coming to downtown Salt Lake City. The new district will have something for everyone.
It’ll have a new convention center, updated Abravanel Hall, new art museum, transformed Delta Center, Live Nation venue, strong local vibe combined with new iconic brands, hotel, housing, restaurants, and a central pedestrian walkway connecting the whole downtown from City Creek all the way to the new front door of the Delta Center.
Can’t wait for some mental gymnastics of “disagree better” from @SpencerJCox on why there’s no women
INBOX: @GovCox has announced the final list of nominees for the two new seats on the Utah Supreme Court. You'll remember that the legislature expanded the court from 5 to 7 seats earlier this year.
I’ve never heard a serious person use TDS in a serious way. Fetterman is the most pointless senator and there nothing serious about this dumb idea
The redistricting push by Utah Republicans would make for a fascinating news story. They recruited what seems like exclusively people of color to gather signatures. Historically, this was Fox News’ territory: whites were discriminated! DEI culture at its worst, right guys??
this is mostly indistinguishable from Nazi ideology

It's wild to me that "Armed agents of the government have the right to point guns at and make demands of anyone they encounter and failure to meet those demands justifies violence from the government" has become the default position for so many people who otherwise claim to value freedom.

My friend @Rush74Kyle has a pair of upper bowl Utah Jazz tickets for tonight's game against OKC he's generously giving away. Bummed I can't go, but it'd be fun if someone can use the tickets.
Let’s help them out, friends!

Yeah, see, respectfully, this policy is dumb. That they continue to defend it despite the pushback from real fans is even dumber.
Replying to @andyblarsen
I took my cousins who are young. One of them brought an 8x11 (small) picture he drew of SGA hoping to get it signed. We were told no signage allowed in the theater, we had to take it back to the car or toss it. Terrible game experience.
