Tesla software update 2026.38.5.10 is now rolling out to ~1,100 additional vehicles within the last five minutes based on available fleet data.
This update includes Full Self-Driving V14.3.13 for eligible AI4 vehicles (80%) and V14.3 Lite for eligible HW3 vehicles (20%).

Tesla just launched its official Robotaxi safety page, tracking every collision it reports to NHTSA, with no safety monitor on board:

0 airbag deployments
0 pedestrians or cyclists hit
Human drivers over the same miles would have caused about 9.1 injury collisions, 4.1 with airbag deployments and 0.52 involving pedestrians or cyclists
