JJ McCarthy last season didn’t have anyone with reliable hands to throw to that’s why he underperformed.
Giants WRs this year have had glue stuck to their hands.
JJ will become the elite QB we commonly see highly drafted QBs become after being given up on by their 1st team.

THIS WOULD HAVE CHANGED #NFL HISTORY…
The Indianapolis #Colts had the No. 4 overall pick in the 2023 #NFL Draft and selected Anthony Richardson, passing on the chance to take Ohio State superstar WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Richardson has been a complete BUST, while Indianapolis has continued searching for a legitimate long-term answer at quarterback.
JSN fell all the way to No. 20, where Seattle grabbed him, and he has since developed into one of the NFL’s premier young receivers.
Imagine Indianapolis having JSN alongside Jonathan Taylor with Daniel Jones running the offense.
Instead, the #Colts used a top-5 pick on Richardson and watched JSN become a star elsewhere.
One draft decision could have completely changed the direction of the franchise.

Was messy for a bit with #Colts. But:
* Tyler Warren (groin) good for Week 1
* Alec Pierce (ankle surgery) practiced full yesterday
* Keenan Allen (DUI) unlikely to face discipline in 2026
* Daniel Jones (Achilles) has practiced full all camp

“He’s not as likable as everybody thought. Now, I still like him!… That was a little surprising to me because his approval rating seemed to be so high.”

Sources: The #Bengals will open their season at home against the #Bucs.
A matchup of former #1 picks with Joe Burrow and Baker Mayfield, as @NerdingonNFL said. 🍿
