A security guard turned $900 into $187,000 on Polymarket. Guarded empty buildings for 10 years at $16/hour. One sleepless shift he built a BTC bot with Claude Opus 4.8. Never wrote a single line of code. I found his wallet. Reverse-engineered the entire system. Here is what he actually did. Gave Claude new Fable 5 two prompts at the start of his shift. Opus did not write the bot. It drew the blueprint: data, signals, backtest, risk, execution. Then handed that blueprint to a swarm of 300 agents. How it works: → Decompose: Claude Fable 5 breaks the goal into a task tree → Dispatch: 300 agents fan out (some pulling Binance data, some writing code, some backtesting 5 years of data) → Execute: 4,000 steps in one 14-hour run → Review: Claude Fable 5 reads it all back and kills whatever drifted The brain never wrote a line. The hands never made a call. By sunrise he had what a 6-engineer quant team ships in a quarter. A live BTC bot on Polymarket. Backtested. Risk-capped. Running 24/7. For 10 years he watched empty buildings. Now 300 agents watch the market while he sleeps. I rebuilt this exact system with Claude new Fable 5 You only need Claude + device + 1 hour to deploy. Giving this free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment "Claude" 2. Like and retweet this 3. Follow me @codewithimanshu so I can DM you

Every time this happens it reinforces that the research community must take action. Waiting for a new administration is not the solution. The nascent work at app.labshare.ai is the only self funding mechanism based on research as proof. Don’t wait!

Must highlight a future Nobel prize
Today in @ScienceMagazine, we report a new DNA editing technology to seamlessly write massive changes into the right place in the human genome. The reason gene editing hasn't transformed human health is that current gene editing technologies like CRISPR are very limited. The problem with CRISPR is that it cuts up your DNA, and then hopes that unreliable cellular DNA repair will make the wanted edit. @geochurch famously called it genome vandalism. More precise versions of CRISPR only edit less than 100 bases - often only a single base. Therefore, it's not suited to make large changes safely. However, most diseases are not the result of mutations in one location. Instead, their causes are spread all across the 3 billion base pairs in the genome. We found bridge RNAs in bacterial “jumping genes” that allow us to make safe and arbitrary changes (insert, cut out, or flip) to every nucleotide within (up to) a 1 million bp sequence in your DNA. In the paper, we show that we can correct the disease-causing DNA repeats that cause Friedreich's ataxia (which is a rare neurological disease). The same approach could be applied to Huntington’s and other repeat expansion disorders. At @arcinstitute, we're working towards a full Turing machine for biology. Evo, our DNA foundation model, helps us design the optimal healthy DNA sequences. And Bridge recombination gives us the ability to seamlessly write these changes into the right place in the genome. This work was a wonderful collaboration with my @arcinstitute cofounder @SKonermann and led by the indefatigable @ntperry13, alongside our amazing bridge editing team: @BartieLiam @dhruvakatrekar @Gabogonzalez515 @mgdurrant @james_jw_pai @AlisonFanton Juliana Martins Masa Hiraizumi @chiaroscurale @hnisimasu

Scientific research is broken.🧪 @erinmagennis , co-founder of @MuseMatrix_ , explains the funding game is monopolised by governments & legacy institutions. 🏰 DeSci flips the model - decentralizing participation, funding & access to research. 👉This is part 1 of our @erinmagennis voices of web3 interview. The CRISPR companies are not OK. This morning my colleague @Jasonmmast published a tour de force on the gene-editing technology that was expected to change the world. It still might! But right now, to rewrite My Chemical Romance: "Despite giant funding rounds/ These companies have run aground/ Remember when you got approved then had layoffs?" They're not OK.
