Do we really think one week of educator training can revolutionize Bitcoin education? Hell yeah. ⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️
This week, one class in Malawi is being taught by educators from Mexico, Uganda and Australia. That’s what the new Educator Training Program is built for: one week to get equipped, a mentor beside you in your first real classes, and a network that steps into your classroom when you need it.

Know someone who is ready to teach Bitcoin but too scared to start? Tag them.

The New Localization of the Bitcoin Diploma: Different cultures. Different languages. Different realities.
That's why the new Bitcoin Diploma puts localization first—giving educators the freedom to adapt lessons to their communities while maintaining shared educational standards.

BITCOIN EDUCATION GOES GLOBAL: NEW DOCUMENTARY TO PREMIERE IN NYC THIS THURSDAY
@MyFirstBitcoin_ will premiere a new documentary at PubKey, following grassroots Bitcoin communities across Indonesia, from Jakarta and Bandung to Surabaya and Bali.
Filmed in August 2026, the documentary explores how local educators are using Bitcoin to promote financial freedom and self-sovereignty.
Following the screening, My First Bitcoin founder @jdennehy_writes and special guests will discuss the organization’s expansion from El Salvador into a global network of independent Bitcoin educators.

Women from Afribit Kibera in Kenya upcycle old clothes and pay and get paid in Bitcoin. They teach neighbours door to door and help teen mothers without bank access save for their children. This is a circular economy built on education.

Dimas is one of the leading voices behind the Bitcoin Indonesia community — and a driving force for Bitcoin education across the country.
When we came to Indonesia to film our documentary *Bigger Than Bitcoin*, Dimas made the journey possible. From Jakarta to Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali, he connected us with educators, communities, and stories that showed us what Bitcoin education looks like on the ground.
Thank you, Dimas, for opening doors, sharing your knowledge, and supporting us every step of the way.
The world needs more people like Dimas.
That’s why we empower educators around the world with open-source resources, tools, infrastructure, and a global network — so they can bring independent Bitcoin education into their own communities.
Our independence comes from being funded by the community we serve: the Bitcoin community. ⚡️
If you believe Bitcoin needs more independent education, help us make it possible.
Support the movement.

If the AI technology being built by these companies was powerful enough to kill all of humanity, wouldn't they just use it to create a profitable company first?

I think I fell in love with Medellin
Today, we started filming the next episode of Bigger Than Bitcoin in Comuna 13 - one of the most creative and inspiring parts of Medellin, Colombia.
We saw incredible art, felt the energy of the neighborhood, and spoke with several local merchants who already accept Bitcoin.
A big thank you to @satoshiteam_ for taking us on this journey and introducing us to this very special community.
More soon. ⚡️🇨🇴
