Excited to welcome back @DylanP_Coach to @play_neelite as our programs newest Chief Basketball Officer. Coach Pella in addition to his duties as Director, will also be coaching many of our competitive club teams beginning this Fall season‼️
Congratulations 2027’s @play_neelite Stoneham HS @MacPheeLiam1 and St. Sebastian’s @timcivello on their commitments to Suffolk University and Grinell College. Both these boys worked exceptionally hard during Spring/Summer‼️ Who is next ?

I thought this was fake when I first saw it. Now the parents are saying they were fake cigars? That’s obviously a lie but how stupid is this? School administrators and MIAA continue to be the most brain dead humans on the planet. Imagine getting suspended for smoking a cigar at graduation? Insane
Per a source, a series of Ipswich lacrosse seniors were smoking cigars during a graduation-related celebration, and were therefore unable to play in today's Div. 4 semifinal under the circumstances. The school then made its decision to forfeit. @BosHeraldSports @Murray_Jack_
Very proud of @mikesimmons__ on winning the 8th Grade @TheHoopGroup 🏆 this weekend @play_neelite. I watched Mike grow as a player at Austin Prep and with Mass Elite, and even then you could see the leadership qualities he had. Very lucky to have Michael now coach in our program

Ding. Ding. Ding. It’s not the top kids that this system will fail. It’s the kids who make $500k and then $600k. They graduate, their careers sputter out and then go to get an office job and make $75k. What are they going to do then. The ncaa won’t care…

Asked Alex Karaban if he sees himself as an example for the next generation of college players:
"I want the old ways of college basketball to come back... Guys stay for 4 years, stay loyal, and realize the grass isn't always greener on the other side"

I asked Tom Izzo about the viral clip of Charles Barkley defending his coaching style by saying people have gotten too soft.
Izzo: "Now we're supposed to just hug and kiss everybody... Accountability is going to be big until I leave."

I truly could not be prouder of Jake. He has had to sacrifice so much to help this program grow. More so, he is a young man of the highest character and a truly special person !
Congratulations to Jake Freeman (@jakefreeman_11) on making all ISL first team. Jake has had a remarkable two seasons at Middlesex helping to create a culture of hard work, determination, and selflessness. Can’t wait to watch him continue his career at Rollins.

The 2026 Spring Season is Dedicated to Connor Peterson #42
Connor was a special member of the New England Elite family. His impact on our program went far beyond basketball. Every time Connor stepped into the gym, he represented the values that we believe define what it means to be part of New England Elite.
Connor’s legacy was built on:
Toughness
Curiosity
Humility
Humor
Those qualities defined the way Connor lived, the way he played, and the way he treated others.
Throughout the 2026 Spring Season, our players, coaches, and families will honor Connor by embodying those same values in everything we do — on the court and off
