The profits reported were for last year - and we had a pay hike last year.
The server prices have gone up massively this year. When we sign up new customers we have to buy servers, and we also have to replace old servers. Then there is AI usage and GPU spending, also up substantially.
Basic business economics: revenue up but capital investment (seevers) to get that revenue is up massively so cash flow goes negative (but remember capex is depreciated over time). We have cut marketing and deferred pay hikes to get cash flow to zero.
Raghavendra: basic journalistic ethics would require you to disclose that a) your previous company used to compete with Zoho b) you present company received investment from a direct competitor of Zoho.

Our hard-earned money pays the salaries, perks and comforts of the PM, ministers, babus and judges. Yet we’re expected to bow and be grateful when they do their jobs. They owe us answers. We don’t owe them worship. They are public servants, in every sense of the word.
Public office is not a throne.

🙏🇮🇳 I’m an Australian 🦘 maths historian and I’m tired of watching the West take the applause for ideas India already had.
Baudhāyana before Pythagoras.
Āryabhaṭa before Galileo.
Brahmagupta before the West even accepted zero as a number.
Madhava before Newton.
Pingala before Fibonacci.
Ramanujan etc.
Yet still the textbooks bow to Europe first.
India’s gurus and rishis were not a footnote. Their ideas were copied, thinned out, renamed, and then sold back to Indian children as “Western maths.”
So I’m asking Indians directly:
If you could attend a talk by any 🇮🇳 Indian mathematician, living or historical, who I’ve mentioned on my X, who would you choose and why?
Reply with the name.
Tag a student, a teacher, or a parent who still thinks maths began in Greece.
If this history was hidden from you in school, this post is for you.
RT so the next generation hears the real names first.
Jai Hind.

It depends on goals. As one ages heavy weight resistance training is needed to prevent sarcopenia (muscle loss) and osteoporosis ( Boeing density loss) low weight high reps are for athletc/ endurance work. Medium weight in average rep range for muscle hypertrophy low rep high

Laura Loomer appears not to know this, but as a Hindu, the entire Universe, all of it, is the Divine. Going to a Church and praying to Jesus is perfectly fine and I have done it myself on many occasions. I often quote the Bible and my favorite verse is Matthew 25:40 where Jesus says: 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'" That is the call to service.
What would be a sin for me as a Hindu would be to call what other people hold sacred as "Demonic", which unfortunately a Christian pastor recently did to Hindu deities.
That is why Sanatana Dharma is the most tolerant spiritual system in the world. The world needs to understand the eternal Dharma, if we all have to get along.
It’s really interesting how @TulsiGabbard pretends to be a Christian. She did this at Charlie Kirk’s memorial too, if you recall.
Tulsi is a lifelong Hindu. Yet nobody seems to know that.
She should embrace it.

Omar-bhai is right. I would add that no other civilization has been as resilient in the face of so many attacks.
No other civilization has as much diversity - in language, food, culture, art, music, dance and spirituality - as we do. We have to fight to protect, nurture and sustain this for the ages.
