🇨🇦 A Jewish bakery in Montreal was destroyed by 2 arson attacks in 2 days. A 2nd kosher restaurant was burned down months prior. 🇺🇸 Protesters planned a march targeting Jewish restaurants on the anniversary of Kristallnacht. 🇩🇪 A beloved Jewish bakery in Berlin closed after receiving so much hate. 🇮🇪 The only kosher cafe in Dublin received a campaign of hateful reviews. 🇫🇷 A kosher cafe in Paris was destroyed by vandals who broke in and sprayed it with acid. 🗽 An Ethiopian-Israeli-Jewish restaurant in Harlem is now open only for events due to receiving so much hate. 🇦🇺 A kosher bakery in Sydney closed its doors after the Bondi attack, unable to keep diners and staff safe. 🇵🇹 An Israeli restaurant in Lisbon closed after a never-ending stream of hate. 🇧🇪 An Israeli eatery in Antwerp closed after boycotts pushed it to bankruptcy. 🇬🇧 Acclaimed Israeli restaurant Miznon has faced protests in London telling it to shut down. All over the world, Jewish and Israeli cuisine is being wiped off the menu in the name of “justice.” But depriving the world of rugelach, kubeh, latkes, and sfenj won’t help anyone. It will only hurt Jews.

🚨🚨 DEMOCRACY FILES / THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 15: HEGSETH'S IMPEACHMENT IS THE TROJAN HORSE. TRUMP IS THE REAL TARGET. 🚨 There is one fundamental principle of American military command: Our military answers to civilian authority. And at the top of the chain of commands sits the President of the United States. In other words, Pete Hegseth answers to President Donald Trump. Pete Hegseth's articles of impeachments are that he is following unlawful orders issued by President Trump himself. Senator Mark Kelly, the ringleader of the Seditious Six, says this explicitly. According to Kelly, six of the eight articles of impeachment against Hegseth concern his alleged compliance with illegal orders from President Trump. Read that again. Six of eight articles are premised on that President Trump himself issued illegal orders. Ask yourself this question: If Hegseth needs impeachment for following Trump's alleged unlawful orders... ... What does that imply about President Trump himself? Exactly. The goal of removing Hegseth has always been to remove Trump from office. Hegseth is the opening move. His entire downstream chain of command will be next. This will be a single-handed turnover of the entire military structure, remade in the image of those who have been plotting against Trump all along. Then the ultimate target: President Trump himself. When I told you Hegseth was the only obstacle in a coup, I meant it. Don't take my word for it. Watch them, in their own words:

Removing Trump from office isn't the only side-effect of impeaching Hegseth. There are enormous downstream implications if this impeachment succeeds. It'll wreck the United States military.

I have some good news. After an exhaustive review of public records, I found that a number of prominent figures spent months assembling a set of methods and tools designed to help a president succeed in the final two years of a second term — with no House majority and no Senate majority. They worked hard on this. Sleepless nights, pots of coffee, lawyers, researchers, experts. The kind of effort that doesn’t happen by accident. I would think — I would hope — that these individuals would feel a measure of pride knowing their work still has value, that it could still pay off today, even for you, President Trump. They may not have had you in mind when they put it together. But the work is done, and it’s yours for the taking. On the political side, Dick Durbin, Elizabeth Warren, Jack Reed, Chuck Schumer, Patty Murray, Bob Menendez, and Michael Bennet backed executive authority in public letters. On the legal side, Laurence Tribe, Eric Posner, and Harold Koh signed the ten-scholar letter calling it lawful. Virginia Seitz at the Office of Legal Counsel wrote the recess-appointments memo. Eric Holder delivered the declining-to-defend decision. Dan Pfeiffer described the process of culling agency authorities to find what could ship without Congress. Rena Steinzor and the Center for Progressive Reform supplied the regulatory blueprint. Howard Shelanski at OIRA set the timeline. Michael Waldman’s Brennan Center and Sarah Rosen Wartell’s Center for American Progress published the action menus — and others beyond these names contributed as well. Here is what they built. Prosecutorial discretion. The principle that a president’s enforcement agencies may set national priorities using limited appropriations as the legal foundation. Congress funds enforcement operations for a fraction of the removable population, so ranking targets is framed as faithful execution of the law, not legislation. Title 6, U.S.C. section 202, subsection 5, makes the DHS Secretary explicitly responsible for establishing national immigration enforcement policies and priorities. The Morton Memos are the working template. The same statute that let one administration rank targets one way lets this one rank them another. Rulemaking. Any statute already on the books can be implemented through the Administrative Procedure Act’s notice-and-comment process. The Center for Progressive Reform identified 13 regulatory actions to finalize before June 2016 specifically so they’d clear the Congressional Review Act’s 60-day window. The machinery is neutral — it can build rules or unwind them, and the CRA window cuts both ways. Recess appointments. The Recess Appointments Clause can be used during genuine Senate recesses. The OLC memo by Virginia Seitz argued pro forma sessions don’t constitute real Senate business, but the Supreme Court narrowed that reading in NLRB v. Noel Canning — pro forma sessions can count as recesses in some circumstances. The clause still fills vacancies during intersession breaks; it just doesn’t work the way it once did for the pro forma trick. Signing statements. Interpretive language attached to a signed bill limiting how that bill gets enforced. Declining to defend statutes in court. Eric Holder’s February 2011 letter to Speaker Boehner announced the administration would no longer defend the Defense of Marriage Act. A future DOJ can decline to defend whatever statute it chooses, though courts have occasionally appointed outside counsel to defend statutes DOJ abandoned. Convening authority. The phone half of pen and phone — Obama's own phrase, I have a pen and I have a phone. Bringing nonprofits, businesses, and universities together to move policy through voluntary coordination rather than legislation. The same convening power works for any coalition. Midnight timing. Rushing rules to final before the Congressional Review Act window closes... -- Continued below in the message thread -- — Joseph Fosco November 4, 2026

Polling place worker in California just casually admitted the barcode scanner has been broken ALL DAY. Every single ID they scan? It pulls up the same random guy named Scott Long — at the county’s Imperial Highway headquarters address. Not the actual voter. Scott. Every time. They even joke about it: “Some guy named Scott… every time we scan, this random guy just pops up.” One voter’s ID, another person’s ID, same result. “Same person.” “It’s the Imperial Highway address… like our county’s head center.” Official ballots and party-change forms are right there on the table. The system that is supposed to verify who you are is locked on one name all day long. If the check-in machine can’t tell voters apart, what else is it getting wrong?

Vice President J.D. Vance says the Iran war is “the reason we lost” the midterms. Sadly, he overlooks his own role in bringing about that defeat. The U.S.-Israeli campaign was brilliantly executed early on. Six weeks in, on the eve of threatened strikes on Iran’s power plants and bridges, Trump agreed to a two-week ceasefire. This is where things went wrong. Next came ceasefire extensions and a misguided memorandum that Vance negotiated and defended. Read more via @stauffervaughn legalinsurrection.com/2026/1…

🧵 THREAD: The true reason Pete Hegseth is being targeted is because he's standing between President Trump and a coup @PeteHegseth named the institutions... CFR, Brookings, the general class... in 37 seconds in a video by @Liz_Wheeler . Within 72 hours of his nomination, a color revolution planning document cited him as an insider threat. They didn't go after him because of drinking. They didn't go after him because of women. They went after him because every color revolution manual ever written says the same thing: you cannot topple a government unless the security forces defect. And a loyal Secretary of Defense is the one person who makes sure they don't. I have the receipts. Their own documents. Their own training sessions. Their own words on camera. As always, patience as I pull together the thread. 👇

Rush’s replacement is currently declaring Trump’s longstanding promise not to let Iranian terrorists get a nuke, his fatal flaw. Left unstated — by certain implied — is that Trump is too beholden to (((certain))) allies at the cost of keeping the postlib CNs and erstwhile Bernie Bros within the “populist right” coalition. Because that’s where the money is in “influencer” circles these days: Charles Lindbergh and Father Coughlin, isolationism and “look for the union label!” economic populism. A lot of people I once thought decent have decided their personal brands and their futures in the conservative infotainment sphere are tied to whiny groyperism masquerading as sober foreign policy pragmatism. It’s utterly and completely obvious. And it’s equally utterly and completely revolting.

For...reasons...I'm looking back at what I wrote in the first week of March: "While I approve of what we’ve done so far, I am going to put a marker down. My support is based on what we see this beautiful March 2nd, 2026. If this degenerates into another long, drawn-out conflict where we put boots on the ground, my opinion will change. If it drags on for weeks of diminishing returns, my opinion will change. The sooner we state, “We’ve made our point. Don’t make us come back.” the better." We never did that...as one must do in a punitive expedition, otherwise it becomes something else. The American people did not want another, "Something else." Ref. Absolute insanity. In just 40 minutes, the S&P 500 has now erased -$2 trillion in market cap. The entire post-Midterm Election rally has been erased in a matter of minutes. This is one of the fastest market cap losses in stock market history.
