All the psychos who are saying that stray dogs are the biggest threat to mankind and they "maul" innocent children, then what are these acts done by Indian children?
First such acts are condemned in civilized nations as opposed to India where such acts are a pastime as see how the father beams in glory while his child is throwing the stray dog into the well.

At 2 AM, a local resident attacked newborn puppies with a heavy brick while their mother was away, leaving them with severe head trauma, facial swelling, and neck injuries.
Rescuers from the Voiceless Voice Foundation intervened, confronted the perpetrator, and immediately rushed the puppies for emergency veterinary treatment.
A formal police complaint alongside official medical reports has been submitted at PS Division No. 1, Pathankot.

Before questioning citizens who feed community dogs, Minister @arunraajkg should first answer some very basic questions about the Constitution and the Animal Birth Control Rules, 2023.
1. Have you read Article 51A(g) of the Constitution?
It expressly says that it is the fundamental duty of every citizen to “have compassion for living creatures.” Feeding and caring for community animals cannot simply be portrayed as wrongdoing.
2. Have you read Rule 20 of the Animal Birth Control Rules, 2023?
The law does not impose a blanket ban on feeding community dogs.
3. Have you read Rule 11 of the ABC Rules, 2023?
Dogs taken for sterilization and immunization are required to be released back into the same area after the procedure.
4. Where were you when 40+ community dogs were allegedly taken away by @chennaicorp for permanent sheltering, and every one of them has disappeared today?
5 . Where were you when community dogs died during or after botched ABC surgeries conducted under @chennaicorp?
DOES @arunraajkg HAVE THE SPINE TO QUESTION @chennaicorp, OR CAN HE ONLY SHOW HIS MACHO SIDE TO INNOCENT FEEDERS AND DOGS?
We request @cmotamilnadu and @BussyAnand to take cognizance of this statement and the larger issue, call for complete records from @chennaicorp, investigate the allegations, and ensure that all officials act strictly in accordance with the Constitution and the Animal Birth Control Rules, 2023.
