Just give a little love to a stray or community dog and they will give infinite times of love back to you! An unconditional faith and love. Dogs were gifted with tons of love to give, and were made to spread joy. Pity only a few of us are fortunate to have a heart and soul to understand the swift wagging of a tail and those pure souled eyes. It’s perfectly fine if one is not comfortable with dogs, it is natural. One can just ignore them but at least don’t harm them.
Remember, we can only give what we have in us. If we have kindness and love, we are likely to give that. In whatever we do, in whoever we deal with. And if we are full of hatred, anger, grudge and crib, we are likely to give that. It becomes a part of our personality. Our actions tend to be framed by our inherent attitude. It’s just so evident, once you see the behavior of different people from that perspective; not always though, but mostly so.
Just sit back, close your eyes and, for this new year, think what do you want to give in this limited walk of life we have. Spread fragrance or spread hate?
Please help animals, help strays, help all vulnerables (includes your domestic help, your building’s security guards etc). Just drop your egos and entitlements (this road is ‘mine’, this building is ‘mine’, this area belongs to ‘me’ or ‘us’) There is no greater joy in life than being kind, giving and compassionate! And let this earth be shared by all!
Want to see the dog love in action? Here goes. Say Hello to Bella.

Religion - The one biggest creation of humanity, which will also be its doom.
All religions have b@rb@ric acts still followed blindly today, in a so called ‘civilized’ world. There is absolutely no justification of animal s@crifice and animal brutality in today’s world. But religions refuse to evolve and want to continue age old barbaric practices.
Rivers of red flowing during Bakri Id when millions of goats and other animals are slaughtered in the name of Isl@m l, worldwide, are commonplace. Millions of turkeys or rabbits and other bird slaughtered at various times by Christians are commonplace. And most of the people, following the religions, unfortunately, don’t even bat an eyelid and continue the barbarism in today’s world.
Most people, especially Hindus themselves, think Hinduism is free of this; but many don’t know that such slaughters and animal sacrifices very much exist in Hinduism also and are not rare, but pretty commonplace.
Here is a compilation, for the un initiated, about how b@rbaric even Hinduism is, just like Islam and Christianity. The videos below show Hinduism followed in different temples and the sacrifices they make. In the videos, note the number of people cheering and encouraging, when the animals are slaughtered.
Not one religion was made with kindness in mind. And if kindness and compassion are indeed mentioned; they exist only in books; 99 percent of the followers do not follow that.
Technically, there are only two religions - Vegan (kind and compassionate) and Non Vegan (barbaric) . In today’s world, with the level of intelligence humans have and with the achievements, it’s up to us to decide if we choose to be kind or to be barbaric.
WARNING: The attached videos and pictures are gruesome; viewer discretion is advised.

To also note, none of the videos are uploaded here. I am purely linking to other posts which already exist.

I am writing this article with an extremely heavy and saddened heart. My sympathy is with that wildlife which is today wandering from place to place merely for its right to live. There is no place for such attacks on wildlife in a civilised society.
A cheetah hunting and eating a cow calf in a forest village may be considered wrong from a human perspective, but for that cheetah it was simply a guarantee of surviving one more day. The state government already has provisions for compensation even in such cases of livestock predation. The question that arises is: were the villagers unaware of this rule, or was this incident deliberately carried out at the instigation of certain anti-social elements? The excess became clear when pellets fired from a gun were recovered from the body of this cheetah cub. India is regarded as a democratic country where every vote has value, but that this value could come at such a heavy cost is beyond comprehension.
This incident is not new. A few years ago, in the Khandar area of Ranthambore, a tiger was similarly mob-lynched. Someone struck its head with an axe and killed it. The post-mortem also revealed multiple fractures on its body. Such an act and such audacity can only be committed by a person devoid of both sense and sensitivity.
Many people will say that the villagers suffered livestock loss or that a human from someone’s family died. The point is: when the government has already made provisions for compensation, what is the need for such extreme retaliation? Even in most cases of human deaths, the person is killed inside the forest itself. In a recent compensation case in Madhya Pradesh, I found that a man in Pench who habitually entered the core area to collect forest produce for his needs was killed by a tiger. Despite this, the DCF there, Shri K. Rajneesh Singh, demonstrated responsibility and ensured that compensation was provided to the family.
When the Forest Department and the government cooperate with people at every level, what is the need for such an irresponsible attitude? These actions only harm wildlife and their habitats, which is beyond understanding.
What is your opinion on this? Please do let me know. #wildlifeawareness #cheetahdeath #cheetahproject #WildlifeConservation #tigerdeath
Yesterday morning, two cheetahs hunted two calves near a village in Morena district. Villagers mob-lynched one of them, and the cheetah’s spine is almost broken. It is in critical condition and has been admitted to the Kuno Hospital. My question is to the Kuno cheetah tracking team where were these people at that time? Can the Kuno administration’s decision from 2–3 days ago succeed amid these incidents, in which they said they would free the cheetahs from the tracking team and now give them the freedom to roam freely in the jungle on their own with radio collars? #cheetah #cheetahinindia #cheetahproject

Talk about pure ignorance. Feeding strays is exactly what keeps them calm and allows for vaccination and sterilization. Vilifying feeders who actually do the ground work while local municipalities fail is peak elitism. Sit down and learn how real street management works.
Civilized societies prioritize saving human lives, maximizing their happiness, and minimizing their fears. Many dog owners spend time and money to train, vaccinate, and neuter their pets to live responsibly in their societies.
On the other hand, the so-called "dog lovers" of India only want to feed and pet the strays without being responsible for the trauma, deaths, and accidents on Indian streets they cause. They must give up the selfishness of their low-touch attachment and oxytocin hits to prevent such unfortunate incidents and let municipalities do their job of animal control.
ABCs and animal shelters in India - a compilation.
Warning: some images and videos can be harsh (they depict reality of shelters)
ABC - Animal Butchering Centres. This is what they are in India (they don’t even look like Aninal Birth Control centres) A vast majority of ABC centres and dog shelters in India, unfortunately, are far from what people think them to be.
When most people write, about shifting dogs to shelters (including SC judges), they have no idea of how inhumane methods and cruelty the dogs are subjected to. And repeatedly when judges (including SC judges again) have been request that ABC centres and Dog shelters be allowed to be visited by volunteers to check whether they comply with laws and regulations, the judges have repeatedly refused that.
There’s lots to write, but I will cut it short by pointing one person’s experience - Niall Harbison. Today, worldwide, if we were asked to list out just five people most involved in rescuing and caring for dogs, and doing everything possible to make this world a better place, then one of the five would definitely be Niall Harbison. He is a role model for all of us.
Niall had come to India in August after the first SC hearing. Post the first hearing, there was a massive spike in cruelty against dogs, which still continues, with dogs massacred in out and centre; with Telangana leading in mass killings unabated. One of the highlights at that time was the ABC centre at Rohini in Delhi, where lots of atrocities were being committed against dogs, and volunteers stood there day and night, even intimidated and harassed by police, and still managed to rescue many dogs. Niall had also visited that shelter. In Niall’s own words, the centre represented a ‘torture chamber’ rather than a place of care. I am attaching a screenshot of his words; you can search for yourself on Google.
Not only Rohini; knowing the basic obedience to laws that Indians are known for (for example, just stand at a traffic signal in most places in India and see how many people obey that), this story is similar all over India.
Dogs dying of weeks of hunger and thirst; dogs kept in heap of own feces in dirty rooms not cleaned for ages; dogs testicles lying around; several dogs crammed in small cages and barely able to move; dogs not being fed; dogs beaten time and again; skulls lying around; the list is endless.
This compilation is about various ABC centres and shelters in India. I am only linking to other posts. I will be switching off replies as this is an ongoing work and I intend to keep adding more and more.
I start by the screenshot of Niall’s experience and the next post contains Niall’s video interview where he describes what he saw in Rohini Shelter.

State of dog shelters in India, abetted and whole heartedly supported by the SC.
In one line - dogs in the rescue shelter are being rescued.
Urgent intervention needed at this Jaipur shelter - Bejubano ka Aashiyana.
The actual number of dogs who have lost their lives may be much higher, as more people come forward to share their experiences.
Volunteers reportedly rescued 20 critically ill dogs and moved them to other facilities. Sadly, one did not survive. More than 100 dogs may still be at risk.
When dogs have to be rescued from a shelter, it says everything about the state of that shelter.
I sent a dog here after he survived a road accident, with a sprain in his leg. He allegedly died of Parvo. No communication. No body shown. No clear updates for three weeks. He survived the road accident but not the shelter
Several rescuers have reported similar disturbing experiences, including restricted access, a lack of updates, and donation requests allegedly continuing even after a dog had died. Dogs with open wounds were reportedly rescued from this shelter, raising serious concerns about the medical care provided.
These allegations demand an urgent, independent investigation.
Are the dogs receiving proper treatment? Are donations being used for their care? Are basic welfare standards being met?
Seeking urgent assistance from the authorities and animal welfare organisations before more lives are lost. The surviving dogs deserve protection, proper treatment and accountability.

A compilation of cruelty towards dogs in India.
Warning: the videos below are disturbing and many users may not be comfortable seeing the harsh truth. Please see only at your own discretion.
The intention of this thread is to show the level of brutality and hate that an average indian harbours, for dogs.
Dog haters number much more than dog lovers. That’s why you will get thousands of videos, where hundreds of men and women mob a single lady feeding dogs in a society but you won’t get a SINGLE video of hundreds of dog lovers mob a single dog hater. Because such ratio doesn’t exist. And because dog lovers have compassion and kindness as core, whereas dog haters (it’s in the name) have hate, vengeance at core.
To make matters worse, the Supreme Court of India, also comprises of dog haters and has enabled a massive g* nocide of dogs. Thousands of dogs have been poisoned and killed, with headlines in all newspapers, and perpetrators are roaming free.
When the judges were told of an incident from city of Vellore, where 50 men attacked a lady feeding dogs, manhandled her, disrobed her and outraged her modesty, the judges outright disregarded it and got angry why was it even brought up.
When a collection of more than hundreds of videos of cruelty against dogs was placed before judges, they refused to see. They even retorted later “we will show you videos”.
The judges allowed those who had dog bites, to speak for free, but for those who wanted to represent dogs, were made to pay 2 Lakh rupees!
They refused to address any form of cruelty against dogs and ignored it. They imposed a fine of Rs. 25000 for feeding a dog in non designated place and also want to establish helpline for people to report anyone feeding dogs! (Yes, you read it correct). But they refused any corresponding support for dogs, refused any helpline to report cruelty against dogs. One has to be blind to not see the outright bias of the ‘honorable’ judges.
Thats why dog killings have increased by leaps and bounds after SC hearings. Why? The killers know that judges are with them and Indian laws are a farce. They can get away by paying INR 50 (less than ONE U.S. Dollar).
BTW, the only law against bestia li ty in India was repealed and there is no existing law, technically making it legal in India. R@ pes of dogs and puppies, goats, even cows, are quite common.
I have made a separate thread on dog ge no ci de in India. This thread shows killings by individuals. By beating with iron rods; by pouring acid, r@ ping them, throwing them from higher floors, crush ing them by cars, lifting and throwing pups.
The reason of making this thread is to show these killers are not evidently mentally deranged people. They are perfectly normal people, most are educated, many are highly placed as well. They could be a politician or judge or CA or lawyer or doctor; or they could be a security guard or a rickshaw driver or simply that neighboring lady.
There are dog bite incidents, no doubt. One can make a compilation of dog bite videos also. But please understand one fundamental difference, between a dog bite and killing of a dog. Of the dogs who bite, a vast majority of them bite, due to the abuse they have undergone. A dog has an IQ equivalent to a 2 or 3 year old kid. The solution lies in understanding why the bites happen and handling it with compassion, along with neutering and vaccination. But when humans kill dogs, it reflects brutality, intense hatred and vengeance, qualities easily seen in the videos below. You have to see the red eyes, flushed face and vengeance, when Indians kill dogs.
Since this post will be regularly updated, I have turned off replies.
Once again, see it only if you have conscience, and have an ounce of compassion and kindness, to make a difference (not only for one day of Piitrupaksh, but for all 365 days a year). If you don’t have that ounce, this thread is not for you; you are, in fact, one of the people featured in this thread.

The Government of India has taken cognizance of the cheetah’s death and announced an investigation into this matter. I have two questions for our Central Minister: @byadavbjp sir
1. What necessity arose that you removed capable officers from this project and appointed people whose own track record has been controversial and who have shown little genuine interest in wildlife conservation?
2. In the initial phase, you hired a cheetah expert team from Africa for Kuno. What compulsion or contradiction led that team to return within a few months?
Who was your advisor in this matter who misled you on the entire project, turning what was supposed to be a cheetah reintroduction project into merely a cheetah breeding park? There are currently 58 cheetahs in our country. How many of them have become disturbed by human interference because wrong policies have brought them too close to humans? This is not a minor issue under wildlife rules.
What will we achieve by setting up an investigation committee after such a controversial death of a cheetah if the project does not operate on the fundamental principles of wildlife conservation?
My request to you is this: Immediately hire a team of big-cat experts to put this project back on the right track, and promptly remove these inefficient and autocratic officers from here. #cheetahproject #CheetahDeath #cheetahinindia #kunonationalpark

India celebrates bringing cheetahs back, spends crores on Project Cheetah, and calls it conservation. Then a 19 month old cheetah is shot dead with pellets.
Brilliant, isnt it?
A grand reintroduction campaign, but where is the protection?
Who is accountable when wildlife becomes a target?
Conservation cannot be a PR exercise.

Indians doing, what they do best - beat voiceless innocent vulnerable animals with iron rods and with a lot of hate, aggression and vengeance.
India…
💔 How much more cruelty must these voiceless souls endure?
In Rampura, Tri Nagar, Delhi, a helpless community dog was reportedly brutally beaten with iron rods by a group of people on 26 October.
Imagine the terror, the unbearable pain and the helplessness of an innocent animal who couldn't even defend himself. 💔
What kind of humanity allows people to gather and mercilessly attack a voiceless soul?
Today, it's an innocent dog. Tomorrow, who will become the victim of such mob violence?
This cruelty must never be normalised.
We urge @DelhiPolice @CPDelhi @gupta_rekha to investigate immediately, identify those responsible and take strict legal action under applicable laws.
Being voiceless does not mean being without rights.
Delhi's streets must not become a place where innocent animals live in fear of human brutality.
