🛑 Provo Activist Booked for Assaulting Deputy After Disrupting County Meeting 🛑
Activists are calling this police brutality, but the full video tells a different story.
Tuesday night, the Utah County Planning Commission in Provo was voting on a data center ordinance when a commissioner asked for a disruptive attendee to be removed. A sheriff's deputy walked 27-year-old activist Aspen Azalea out to the lobby, where both of them ended up on the ground.
The Utah County Sheriff's Office says she struck the deputy. She was booked on charges of disrupting a meeting, interfering with an officer and assaulting an officer, and the sheriff's office says the incident is under review. She now claims she suffered a concussion.
Under Utah law, assaulting a peace officer (76-5-102.4) and interfering with an officer (76-8-305) are crimes on their own, no matter how passionate you are about data centers.
Public meetings have rules, and when a commission asks you to leave, you leave. Fighting a deputy in the lobby isn't free speech.

This means 28.8% of the noncitizens ballots DID have a voting history

🚨 Florida attorney Lisa C. White has been arrested and is being held without bond in Mississippi after threatening to kill ICE agents.
According to the criminal complaint, White went to a gun store in Long Beach on September 23, identified herself as an activist and protester, and said she wanted to purchase a firearm to kill ICE agents. She reportedly asked whether the guns could penetrate body armor, adding that if they couldn’t, she would aim for the head, shoulder, arm, or leg.
Store employees refused to complete the sale and reported the incident to authorities.
White has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1995 and previously practiced law in Broward County.
Federal authorities have charged her with threatening a federal law enforcement officer.

@HSI_HQ agents arrested Lisa White, of Mississippi, following an investigation into threats made against ICE agents.
HSI Gulfport special agents took White into custody in Long Beach after reports that she made explicit threats to “kill federal agents,” while attempting to purchase a firearm and pepper spray.
HSI tells @BorderHawkNews that White also inquired about the capability of specific firearms to penetrate ballistic vests, saying she would target agents’ "heads" if she could not breach their armor.
White is currently being held as agents prepare federal criminal charges for influencing, impeding or retaliating against a federal official by threat.
Per Spox: "There has been a massive increase in violence and threats against federal law enforcement. ICE officers are facing more than a 1,600% increase in assaults against them, a 3,300% increase in vehicle attacks and an 8,000% increase in death threats against them.
President Trump and Secretary Mullin have made it clear that violence against ICE officers, or any la enforcement personnel, will not be tolerated. ICE officers carry out their Congressionally mandated duties in service to public safety and the rule of law. Any bystander or individual who threatens, assaults, obstructs, or violently attacks officers will be subject to arrest and prosecution permitted by law."
