They realized he wasn't who they were looking for after they had broken his wrist. They dropped him off a mile from school. He walked to school in tears. When he arrived, the school called an ambulance.

On Oct. 25, a Cuban man died of stage 4 cancer after 6 months in ICE detention.
But ICE didn't report Gustavo Rivero Napoles’ death — because it released him the day he went to the ICU, 48 hrs prior.
