If you ever got ‘cooked’ by someone on social media with room temperature IQ I assure you that you were not cooked. The head dummy made a claim and all the dummies jumped in. That’s it.

This is a lie that has destroyed countless marriages and families. What this "advice" has done to a generation of children is soul-crushing.
Be wise. Do not get your marriage advice from a Jezebel podcast.

As a person who's livelihood is to advise and provide goods for quality control for industries from making cardboard stuff to the micron & nano levels.
Heads up I wouldn't buy a US made AUDI.
I'm really sorry but you folks just ain't getting it yet.
Neither does the AUDI CEO.

Man all these gaming studios losing money. Its almost like you need to make a game people will actually like while also not spending absorbent amounts of money on it
You know, how gaming was before the influx of covid money and identity politics
Don’t Nod, the studio behind the original Life is Strange, is collapsing.
The French developer is facing a near-total layoff, up to 85 jobs, which would leave its French teams with only a small number of employees.
The studio has struggled with a string of underperforming releases, the most recently the sci-fi adventure Aphelion.
Don’t Nod has warned that it may not have enough funding to continue operating beyond January 31, 2027, and has entered a French “safeguard” procedure to restructure its finances.

Don’t Nod, the studio that made “Life is Strange,” hired former games journalist Leigh Alexander to write on their sci-fi game “Aphelion.” Leigh Alexander wrote the famous “Gamers are over” article during GamerGate in 2014.
Don’t Nod makes narrative-focused adventure games, so the story and writing are especially important in determining the success or failure of a game like “Aphelion.”
“Aphelion” was a game with a production budget of about $10 million and Don’t Nod was a studio with 85 full-time employees whose livelihoods were dependent on the success of the game.
On Steam, “Aphelion” peaked at just 219 users, and is estimated to have sold between 4000 and 7000 copies on the platform. Today, the studio closed and everyone is fired.
There have been over 37,000 layoffs and jobs lost to studio closures in the video games industry since 2024. Game designers like Leigh Alexander believe they get to decide who their audiences are, but they don’t.
They have to make games that appeal to gamers, because gamers are the only people who reliably buy games. Whoever “Aphelion” was for, that audience didn’t show up to play it.

I admit, I have a love-hate relationship with TikTok.
I love the side of TikTok that is about video games, entertainment and pets, but I hate the side that is about medical information and political shit.
Normally, I wouldn’t care, except there are a lot of people turning to TikTok as if it’s “gospel truth”, and that’s potentially dangerous - and basically allows the rapid dissemination of information, both accurate Intel and what could be legitimately considered “misinformation”.

If you press the X button harder than usual CJ actually bikes faster then when pressing the button normally

GTA IV can now be played natively on a jailbroken PS5 at native 4K with 120Hz and VRR support, 60 FPS mode and DualSense features like adaptive triggers and a light bar that flashes police lights when you're wanted
Instead of running through an emulator, the Xbox 360 version of the game was recompiled to run directly on the console
