Anyone in this hellsite an expert on HRT? Menopause came for me at the end of COVID. I seemed okay at first but this years I have begun to feel as though I am literally dissolving. my son and husband have had serious, even catastrophic illness to deal with this year and I have paid minimal attention to anything to do with my own health, but it’s getting out of hand.
Is it too late for me to start HRT now? The loss of my nice waistline bothers me, but it’s the bones I worry about most. And my teeth. I never had perfect teeth, but nithing out of the common way in need of adult dentistry. And suddenly in the last year, this changed. The horror of this situation is hard to describe.

eurekalert.org/news-releases… What this doesn't address is how many who were diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder actually had OUD. If it even exists, at all. OUD is not opioid addiction. It was a made up "disease" by a workgroup funded by the companies who benefit. Pain pts were listed as their untapped market. Now sick, disabled pts in severe pain are being slapped with this diagnosis and pushed onto Suboxone. Where are the Netflix documentaries?

Another crazy incident in our old house (now sold) - We got visited by an official from the planning department for Bedfordshire Borough Council Why? Because Zoe’s (age 12) toy cafe got reported for illegal trading. I kid you not. We had to show the lady around our property to prove we weren’t running an illegal operation.

Barack Obama was horrible in a million different ways, but he doesn’t get anywhere near the hate he deserves for destroying the used car market for an entire generation.
15-year-old cars with 150,000 miles that should be selling for $3,000 are going for $15,000. It’s abominable. Pure destruction and thievery.

The funniest thing about Airbnb owners crashing out on threads is that their main response to everyone is "go stay in a hotel then" without somehow realizing that people have decided to stay in hotels instead and this is Airbnb trying to bring people back.

I now “hate the Bible” because I believe we should let kids collect candy one night a year without that joy being attached to a lecture by a Flannery O’Connor villain.

It really feels like you guys just hate the Bible.
Deut 6:5-9
"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates."

NEW: Multiple federal sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for using a sledgehammer to behead a WW2 Iwo Jima monument in Quantico, VA on Tuesday is a Mexican illegal alien & former DACA recipient whose legal status expired this year.
Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano has now been charged with felony destruction of property and trespass with intent to damage property.
Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.

The non-profit hospitals receive a mandatory drug discount.
The patient doesn’t get an automatic matching discount.
That’s a very hospital-centered definition of patient assistance.

Try selling your building in Mamdani's New York. First you wait up to 90 days while the city's favorite nonprofits decide whether they want it. Then, if a real buyer shows up, the nonprofit gets to match the offer. That's not housing policy. It's a reservation desk for the NGO complex.

Dear @Humana
I will probably never understand how you can pay a pharmacy $537.44 for a box of Toujeo Max 300 unit/ml insulin for a Medicare patient, but yet REFUSE to cover the generic, which costs $165.
Oh, and for reference sake, the brand name Toujeo Max wholesale cost is $560.00, so you can take your $537.44 “under-cost payment” and shove it straight up your ass.
It seems the rebate incentives of your PBM are severely misaligned with reality.
Make it right. Okay thanks, bye. ✌️

🚨 WHY DOES U.S. LAW GIVE EMPLOYERS A TAX ADVANTAGE TO HIRE A FOREIGNER OVER AN AMERICAN?
Same job. Same $100,000 salary.
But here’s what federal law allows:
• The employer can save $7,650 annually by hiring a qualifying foreign worker.
• That foreign worker can also take home $7,650 MORE than an American earning the exact same salary, before income taxes.
How is this possible?
OPT (Optional Practical Training) is a government-created program allowing international students to work in America for up to 12 months, or up to 36 months for eligible STEM graduates.
Under IRS rules, qualifying OPT workers who are nonresident aliens are exempt from Social Security and Medicare taxes.
At a $100,000 salary:
🇺🇸 AMERICAN WORKER
Employer payroll taxes: $7,650
Total employer cost: $107,650
Employee Social Security/Medicare: $7,650
Pay after FICA, before income taxes: $92,350
🌎 QUALIFYING OPT WORKER
Employer payroll taxes: $0
Total employer cost: $100,000
Employee Social Security/Medicare: $0
Pay after FICA, before income taxes: $100,000
Think about that.
An American college graduate and an international graduate could be working side by side, doing the exact same job, earning the exact same salary.
Yet the employer saves thousands by hiring the foreign worker.
And the foreign worker keeps thousands more from that paycheck.
The American worker costs more to employ AND keeps less of the same salary.
Not because of the employer’s decision.
Because of federal tax law.
This isn’t about blaming foreign students.
It’s about asking why American workers face a tax disadvantage built into their own country’s laws.
Why hasn’t Congress or this administration addressed this?
