Phishing email tests are supposed to be "this is your boss and I need you to buy some Apple gift cards" not something that realistically could happen.
James Dolan having a phishing email sent out to employees about rings, only to hold the ones who clicked on the link accountable and forced them to take a cybersecurity class is insanity.
Even if your worried about cybersecurity in general, to use championship rings as the way to test that is nasty work. Given how sensitive the situation is, anything else would have been better.

Rick Carlisle- "You look at these stats from the 1st and 2nd half.. you give up 77 in one half and 44 in the next. It just simply comes down to an attitude. Get down by 37 points at home, with this crowd, and get booed.. it's not ok. We all own it. Starting with me."

Jim Dolan getting even more armor to act like a complete buffoon is easily the worst aspect of the Knicks championship.
New tonight out of New York: Knicks coaches didn’t get rings on ring night. And that’s not the only jewelry related affront to some MSG employees, @TheAthleticNBA nytimes.com/athletic/7715834…

"We just need everybody to be playing like [Jalen] Slawson," Rick Carlisle says. He said the Mavs were the harder playing team in the first half. Second-straight game that has been a concern.

Nobody is saying “the Knicks should never do phishing tests.”
We’re saying “teasing employees with information about rings they earned but may not receive is unnecessarily cruel.” Because it is. Have a shred of respect for the people who work for you.
Replying to @SamQuinnCBS
it's standard cybersecurity practice. I've received 3 phishing test emails this week alone from my employer. It's cybersecurity awareness month.
Seems bad and silly but this is exactly how hackers breach your network. I've seen multimillion data breaches happen this way.

@TroyAikman: No, and they haven’t in a while. I won’t name names, but there’s one particular player, I was embarrassed. It’s the worst performance I’ve ever seen from a receiver on a football field.”
Doesn't get any bigger or better than this. And it's why 1.2 MILLION #Cowboys views are happening NOW! @TroyAikman joins Fish at 6 tonight ... Don't miss it - get 8-Ball's scoop! - and @DallasCowboys fans please subscribe for free! youtube.com/live/Gf0mTmUfi1k…

Major kudos to Q and Slawson these first two games for bringing urgency and playing themselves into minutes; but not the most encouraging thing that other options haven’t made compelling cases to stay on the floor.
