What does that imply about President Trump himself? Exactly. The goal of removing Hegseth has always been to remove Trump from office. Hegseth is the opening move. His entire downstream chain of command will be next. This will be a single-handed turnover of the entire military structure, remade in the image of those who have been plotting against Trump all along. Then the ultimate target: President Trump himself. 🚨🚨 DEMOCRACY FILES / THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 13: THE NEW FOUNDING 🚨 The "democracy" ecosystem is mostly decentralized. There's competition sometimes (as this drop will show). But when a direction has been set by funders, actors converge towards a common goal. And that goal is: American government must be rewritten from scratch, and soon. RAD, the project of ex-USAID workers we've been tracing in the Democracy Files, represents one plan. PolicyLink represents another plan. What is PolicyLink? Towards the end of UNELECTED, I write about PolicyLink - a highly connected NGO which receives more than $50 million annually in funding. There, I describe its "soul work" - engineering the human soul to create a renewed democracy. That's not an exaggeration; that's how they describe it, in their own words. PolicyLink appears again in the Democracy Files. Here, you can see PolicyLink personnel use the same language we've seen in prior drops: founders, a new founding, redesigning the federal government. PolicyLink has over $100 million in assets and receives its funding from all the usual suspects - Rockefeller, Open Society, Ford, Gates, etc. It has worked closely with Democratic administrations in setting policy. RAD and PolicyLink compete for the same funders and the same space. But they say the same thing: a "new founding," drafted by people no one elected, ready "before the window opens." RAD is perhaps simply more honest about how that window will open.

🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / THE INSURRECTION PLAYBOOK, PART 12: IS NORM EISEN CALLING THE SHOTS? 🚨 First, sorry for the absence of drops; I had to go on a last minute trip to DC and back. @nataliegwinters has been releasing many drops adjacent to the Democracy Files, including materials on ESRN and Norm Eisen. The Democracy Files, while significant, are told through the lenses of a mid-to-high level operatives group of ex-USAID workers, a group called DRG (Democracy Renewal Group). DRG, in these videos, collaborate with other groups, receive briefings from others such as Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET), participate in and host working groups, and so forth. But DRG are not the shot-callers. They explicitly do not decide when a mass protest has to happen. They do not have a final say in what has to occur before mass mobilization occurs. Erica Chenoweth isn't personally secretly running things. Mike Smith is a high level operational leader, not a shot-caller. So who calls the shots? Put together the Democracy Files and Winters' drops, and a larger hierarchical picture emerges: ESRN, Election Safeguards Response Network, which is mentioned in @nataliegwinters reporting. The Democracy Files heavily suggests that ESRN is who ultimately calls the shots when it is time to mobilize United Democracy Alliance (UDA). And that particular trail leads directly to none other than Norm Eisen. Now, this does not mean Eisen is the unilateral mastermind. Most likely, that belongs to yet another mysterious small coalition of elites - we can only speculate on who else is in that club; ESRN is financed under State Democracy Defenders Action, EIN 93-1524544. But Eisen's hands are on a great many levers, and we can reasonably infer he is one of the key decision-making figures.

Hello Senator Thune, Let's expose what you're really doing with "reconciliation." You announced it yesterday, eleven months after the House passed the SAVE America Act. You're not trying to pass this bill. You're trying to kill it in a way you can blame on process. Here's how we know: Reconciliation requires the Senate parliamentarian to rule that provisions are "budgetary." Citizenship verification is not budgetary. Photo ID mandates are not budgetary. The parliamentarian will gut the bill. Then you'll shrug and say "we tried." We see through you. Meanwhile, you WON'T use the tools that actually work: Rule XIX limits each senator to two speeches per legislative day. Keep the Senate in continuous session, file cloture daily, and the filibuster exhausts in ~12-20 days. You dismissed it as "complicated." Because if you tried and succeeded, you'd have to actually pass the bill. Harry Reid nuked the filibuster in 2013 when he wanted results. Mitch McConnell changed Senate rules THREE times and canceled the August recess. Chuck Schumer used reconciliation within months on a 50-50 Senate. You have 53 seats. You've changed nothing, canceled nothing, and waited eleven months. Now let's talk donors: • Goldman Sachs: $150K to you - top H-1B user • Google: $75K - lobbies against E-Verify • Meta: $72.5K - Zuckerberg's FWD[.]us pushes mass immigration • Wells Fargo: $90K - banks undocumented immigrants Same corporations sponsor Punchbowl News, where you sit for "Fly Out Days" which nobody watches except Congress staffers and K Street lobbyists who pays premium bucks for legislative intelligence. You called grassroots anger a "paid influencer ecosystem." YOU are the paid influencer. You take the wrong side of a 80% issue because you are indistinguishable from a K Street mouthpiece, and an ineffective one to boot who won't bend the rules to get anything passed. What we want: 1. Force a real talking filibuster. 2. Stop hiding behind process. 3. Pass the SAVE America Act. YOU will become the reason that we will have our butts kicked in midterms. Not Candace Owens, not Nick Fuentes, not anyone else. You and you alone, and all because you want to make the 200 or so viewers of Punchbowl Fly Out Days happy. Name one other thing that has 98% support. 🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 11: NOT-SO-INDEPENDENT SENATE CAMPAIGNS OF DAN OSBORN (NE) AND BRIAN BENGS (SD) 🚨 Two Senate candidates running as independents have ties to Renew American Democracy, the project ran by ex-USAID workers to restructure American governance. And one of them admits on video they've been "coordinating." According to the polls, "independent" Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska. Emerson has South Dakota "independent" Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds. The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms. Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan: "We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker." Bengs said echoed that on a September 2026 Renew to Thrive call: "We don't need to get 50 or 51 to change things. We just need a handful." In their words, this handful is to do "arm-twisting" to get the structural reforms they want. ➡️ Paul Zeitz's May 2026 Concept Note: open primaries, ranked-choice voting, and "independent" redistricting. ➡️ RAD's Constitution Emergency Response draft: an Article V convention with amendments on "campaign finance and voting rights restoration, healthcare, education, and economic security, and ecological rights and climate accountability." The draft calls that the MODERATE strategy. And the political objective extends beyond reforming elections. In 2023, Walt Roberts told the man who now runs the Independent National Convention that stopping the MAGA GOP was "job one." As for ending the two-party duopoly? "That's very secondary right now." Put those statements together. A plan to deny both parties a majority. Candidates running as independents. A small voting bloc positioned to extract concessions. A documented list of proposed constitutional and electoral changes. And a stated priority of stopping the MAGA GOP. The question for Nebraska and South Dakota voters is whether they know what these candidates' political allies have been planning... and whether Osborn and Bengs share those objectives.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 10: THE ROLE OF FOREIGN STATES🚨 (First post deleted for typo) How is an old government declared illegitimate and a new government declared the true successor? Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance: • Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings. • Media narratives are pre-seeded. • Foreign officials provide cover. The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula "won" the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations. The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that "this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it." In these files, we see the various NGOs strategize on how to reach out to governments in advance and prepare them for what is coming. We also revisit how USAID OTI, the regime change arm of USAID, allegedly re-organized themselves inside the country. We record one meeting taking place between Horizons Project and Catalonia officials. That we were able to document a meeting at all is unusual, because I'm told that these meetings are generally arranged at the highest levels and kept off the record (think Jake Sullivan, Norm Eisen level).

I'm too tired to type an actual summary. TL;DR: billions have been invested in restructuring American governance since Trump was elected. Many have warned of a color revolution because they saw the civil society apparatus (aka, having millions of people on standby to break stuff) being built in real time. What makes 2026 different is that it's the first time we know of that we found an operational, short-term plan to actually do a coup. Everything we've covered has been from the R2T NGO, which serves as a recording/coordinating platform of sorts for several key NGOs including the one consisting of 300 ex-USAID employees, RAD. It's well documented in several previous drops that RAD has a tight relationship with the "Blocking" lane, now unified under the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) umbrella led by Horizons Project. Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an "emergency situation?" And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution? Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America. FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE." RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding. But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance. 🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨 I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it. I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute. Here's the primer: USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG. Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building. You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more. Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself. This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening. In their own words: "We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead. Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself. DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members. Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins. The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings. Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff. In the words of Reiff/DRG: "So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan." Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress." Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond. The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape. Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after. Who decides when your government is legitimate?

She explains the red-line scenarios and ultimately a vision of creating a "cross-partisan" government in the wake of an illegitimate federal government. Her three "democratic emergency" scenarios should be familiar by now: · Election meltdown - which includes a widespread public loss of trust in election results · Insurrection Act deployed against protesters · An attempt to delay seating of legitimately elected officials post-election If the federal government becomes illegitimate in her view because of the above, then she proposes a cross-partisan system of transitional governance. She names a cross-partisan board of governors, as well President Obama and President Bush as potential transitional leaders. WA SoS Hobbs replies to Reiff that he has had the exact same conversation with German and Japanese officials regarding how to deal with AfD and right-wing nationalist parties. Now, to be fair, he does not want to commit because, in his words, "we're winning." But he doesn't disagree either. Note also that here and in other recordings, "election meltdown" does not mean some sort of flashy media crisis. It means, simply, a large segment of the population doesn't believe the election results are legitimate.
