Aloysius appears before the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Uganda, handling corporate disputes, shareholder disagreements, employment and electoral matters, and regulatory enforcement. He pairs sharp litigation with arbitration and mediation where a faster, quieter resolution serves the client better. His path is unusual. He served 18 years with the Uganda Police, then worked as a legal officer at Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) and led security and investigations at Umeme, Stanbic Bank Uganda and Uganda Breweries Limited before going into private practice. He was also central to the 2017 pilot Plea Bargain project across the Magistrates' Courts of Mukono, Lugazi and Kayunga.
