Can you read? He is literally arguing that we should not detain illegals who are apprehended but have no criminal history. If we are not detaining them, we are, in fact, turning them loose.

Why are we even debating whether a man of good character with an American wife and American kids "belongs" in America? Of course he does. If the law doesn't welcome that, it's a bad law and it should be changed. what are we even doing here lol
