Zaskoczę Was - nie cieszą mnie zmartwienia Niemiec, ale pamiętam protesty niektórych organizacji w Niemczech, niby proekologicznych, przeciwko atomowi. Więc Niemcy mają dokładnie to czego chcieli, a że przy okazji i nas ciągną w dół - no to trochę smuci.

Wow! Latest ECMWF 12z is going all out in the stratosphere, now forecasting an actual Stratospheric Warming event with a wind reversal, making it an official SSW event.
It will likely not remain at this, as this would be an unprecedented event, and the model trend map shows quite a spread between the last runs. But even seeing this suggested at this time is really insane.

New 30 km/h area speed limit signs will be posted at neighbourhood entry and exit points. Once you enter a signed area, the 30 km/h speed limit applies throughout the local road network until you leave that area.
Slower speeds help reduce the risk of serious collisions and make neighbourhood streets safer.

In 2025, Seattle ranked 59th on the Safest Cities in America list.
We just fell to 79th place.

Ok, I have a 450 mile regular drive that I have to make. I need 0 maintenance that I can't do myself during a 10 year window.

I'm getting a sick and tired of people knocking electric cars when they clearly don't know what they're talking about.
I own two top-of-the-range EVs: a Jaguar and a Porsche.
The acceleration is incredible, the handling is superb, and they both look fantastic. Running costs are pennies, maintenance is practically non-existent, and neither has lost a penny in value since I bought ‘em.
Honestly, my only complaint is that if I take a corner a bit too enthusiastically, they fly off the track and disappear under the sofa.
If you've seen I-5 this is of no shock.
Tacoma turned on two speed cameras along SR 509...
And captured 400,000 drivers in a single month exceeding the threshold for a speeding ticket.
3 of every 4 drivers.
Over 13,000 a day!!!
Because this is about one hundred times what the camera admins can handle, they have decided to only write 100 tickets a day to the worst offenders. We also hope City of Tacoma reconsiders what speeding threshold they set these cameras at, because obviously it is set too low.
