A week later, when so many wards have removed encroachments, @mybmcWardGS under Asst Comm. Swapnaja Kshirsagar is encouraging hawkers to put new ones on footpaths (see new white stall vis-a-vis old video).
Time to call out bureaucrats who make us live like cockroaches. SHAME!

🔹 Gajularamaram Circle: BT patch attended on Kaiser Nagar Main Road.
🔹 Allwyn Colony Circle: BT patch attended near HP Petrol Pump, Pipeline Road, VV Nagar – Ward 247.
🔹 Madhapur Circle: BT patch works attended in Mayuri Nagar and Vitalrao Nagar.

Ward Visit & Citizen Interaction | Gandipet!!
As part of the One Ward Every Day programme, the Commissioner, CMC interacted with residents, RWA representatives and local representatives of Gandipet Ward at the Community Hall, Khanapur.
Residents raised key civic concerns related to UGD and sewerage, drinking water supply, roads, storm-water drains and lakes, sanitation, mosquito and stray dog issues, streetlights, community facilities and graveyard development.
Issues relating to Town Planning, unauthorised constructions, illegal dumping, education infrastructure, pensions and other long-pending civic requirements were also brought to the Commissioner’s notice.
The Commissioner took note of the concerns and directed the concerned departments to examine the issues and take necessary action on priority, with focus on improving basic civic amenities and addressing long-pending issues in the ward.

One ward Every Day | Great Initiative
One Ward Every Day | Muthangi & Tellapur!!
As part of the One Ward Every Day programme, the Commissioner, CMC, along with the Zonal Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and other concerned officials, inspected Muthangi Ward and interacted with residents to understand their civic concerns and development needs.
Residents raised key issues related to:
🔹 Drainage overflow in colonies and the need for remodeling of the sewerage network
🔹 Damage to water supply pipelines due to National Highway road-widening works
🔹 Development of an alternate road at the 100-ft road
🔹 Deployment of additional sanitation workers for the villages
The team also visited Tellapur Ward, where the Commissioner inaugurated a Community Composting Facility at MUPPA Indraprastha and appreciated the efforts of TeNA volunteers in promoting Net Zero Waste practices.
The Commissioner directed the concerned officials to examine the issues raised and take necessary action, while encouraging continued community participation in sustainable waste management.
