Finally found a good method of adding unlimited icons to dock for Dock&Roll . DNR limits them at 20 for performance purposes. Making some progress . Going to add a pop up editing view so you can live edit without going into settings
Our company can do 100+ jobs a month and he’s not wrong. Recently had a bathroom remodel, first tub shipped was broken, second the surround was broken, 3rd time I went and got it myself because the 3rd party shipping companies clearly don’t give AF.
Past weekend I was digging a well line , that’s the easy part as the excavator does all the work. Homeowner was there helping and I had him in the ditch, it’s 4ft deep with roots everywhere and we were casing the line. We were 2 couplings short, he had to drive go grab some couplings and said “He says “this the stuff homeowners don’t see huh?”
You bet your ass sir. I dug the ditch a few days prior, water table low in that area and it filled with water, had to pump it out but now your in silt mud trying to glue pvc pipe.
Moral of the story, your quotes aren’t as high as you think they are and society really needs to respect tradesman if they want to encourage young folks to take on this grueling work
You know what quietly eats away at a contractor's profits? All the little bullshit nobody accounts for.
Here’s an example from a recent project of ours.
We installed a brand new toilet and sure enough, there’s a little chip in it. Now we have to uninstall it, take it back, get another one, buy another wax ring and install it all over again. On top of that , we had a brand new faucet line that was damaged and started dripping. So another trip and another reinstall.
Not a huge deal, right?
Well, when you start doing 50, 100, or 200 jobs a year, these little things become apretty big deal. Extra trips to the store, more miles on the vehicles, guys getting paid to redo work that’s already been done. It adds up to thousands of dollars that a lot of contractors don’t think about and can’t afford.
And let’s be real, the homeowner expects us to take care of it, even though we didn’t cause the problem. Which I understand… kinda, still up in the air.
But what about the contractor who’s just starting out? Or the guy who’s already pricing his jobs so tight there’s hardly anything left over?
This stuff really hurts you.
So here’s something I think more contractors should be doing right out the gate.
Go back and look at how many jobs you did last year. Try to figure out how much money and time you spent dealing with stuff like this. For easy math here let’s say it was $10,000 and you did 100 jobs. That’s an extra $100 per job you should probably be accounting for in your estimates.
Think of it as more overhead.
You’re not trying to make extra money off the homeowner. You’re just trying to make sure you’re charging enough to stay in business and not eat these costs.
Something I think a lot of contractors overlook, especially when we’re first starting out.
I’m going to add to this, Jelani Woods is a massive human. He has made some critical blocks and good catches. I see him as a valuable TE
One of the best offensive team as a whole we’ve ever had. Let’s keep them together as long as possible

It’s really not. It’s for the corporations, for Israel, for oligarchs, but We The People have lost all control and our government no longer serves Americans

It has been a long ass week of having retards shove voting down my throat, I'm pretty excited for day off tomorrow so I don't have to listen to the cheers and tears over which pedos won and lost.
And as I have said all week long...
Voting is as about as useful as a chick with a dick
It looks ok from the outside but at the end of the day they just trying fuck you in the ass
For those that don’t know I’ll break it down.
1)
You must cut around the anus then if it’s a buck around the balls
2,3,4)
2,3) showing you where to cut
4) showing what not to cut
Time to remove remove organs :
Very very carefully get your knife under the hide blade facing up and cut from anus to sternum
(This is where you can cut open intestinal area. You will gag and prob puke and you don’t want feces on your meat )
5) you must reach your arm up the chest cavity and find the deer throat (this is what’s holding all the organs in) you will feel the ridges of the throat.
Be careful stab your knife in the throat and cut the throat in half .
6) you can now pull all the organs out in one pull . (With a buck you will cut off the penis and balls to completely remove.
Now it’s time to hang the deer , preferably almost a week in 40 deg temps, then you skin the deer but can do it immediately
You will break each leg, cut through ligaments with knife, cut all the way around the neck, finish incisions from leg to chest / chest to neck, get on the back side a pull the hide from neck down.
Now you have a skinned deer, 60lb of meat is ready to be butchered. You must quarter up each shoulder/leg, back straps, ribs, grind burger/ sausage ect.
It’s not for weak individuals and is a lot harder than one might think
He’s a monster it’s so fun watch safeties trying tackle him and get run over
