Following the weekend's rainfall in the Gaza Strip, COGAT continues to monitor the humanitarian situation on the ground and conduct situation assessments in collaboration with the UN and international organizations, coordinating a response based on the needs of the population. The Gaza Winterization Plan includes coordinating equipment entering the Gaza Strip to improve projects in shelter, water, sanitation, and health. Since the start of the Winterization Plan, over 91,000 tents and over 8,200 trucks containing tarpaulins, blankets, winter clothing, and additional equipment have been brought in. In terms of sanitation and health improvement, 12 vacuum trucks were brought in for waste removal, as well as thousands of vaccines and fuel and engine oil to power pumping facilities and other humanitarian installations. The reconstruction of Gaza can only begin after Hamas fully disarms. Israel will not permit the entry of equipment that could be used to develop terrorist capabilities. Hamas’s refusal to disarm and use of civilian equipment for military purposes impedes the improvement of living conditions for Gazan civilians.

Hamas dug the world's most impressive tunnel network in Gaza for terror & pioneered the use of plumbing pipes to create tens of thousands of rockets, but it somehow can't dig trenches and basic public drainage to manage rainwater & push floods away from displacement tent zones?

We are deeply saddened by the horrific shooting in Krakow. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the families who have lost loved ones, and we wish a swift and full recovery to all those injured. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, and all those affected by this senseless act of violence. The people of Israel stand in solidarity with the people of Poland. 🇮🇱🇵🇱

❄️ Entry of more than 360 trucks carrying winter equipment
💧 Maintenance of sewage and water networks
✅ Approval of more than 70 requests for thousands of trucks COGAT will continue working in coordination with the @BoardOfPeace, alongside the @UN, international organizations, and donor countries, to improve the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, particularly ahead of the approaching winter season.

What is happening at MSF, or has it always been this way and we just didn't know? Sexual exploitation, employees active in terrorist organizations. It is sad. It is unacceptable for humanitarian organization workers to be involved in such crimes.

Over the past several months, we have been advancing a winterisation plan for Gaza - here is a summary of the measures taken so far: ⛺️ More than 75,000 tents have entered the Gaza Strip through the UN, international organizations, donor countries, and the private sector, including over 5,000 in the past week alone. 🚛 More than 7,500 trucks carrying clothing, blankets, sanitation supplies, and medical equipment have entered the Gaza Strip. 💧 We coordinated the entry of fuel to support the operation of wastewater drainage systems throughout the Gaza Strip. 🔧 We coordinated repairs and maintenance of the water supply network at the request of international organizations operating in the Gaza Strip. 🚚 We approved the entry of 8 sewage tankers for the @ICRC. 💉 We approved the entry of 7,500 doses of tetanus vaccine for @UNICEF. 🏥 We approved the entry of 3 mobile clinics for @IMC_Worldwide. ⛽️ We approved the entry of medical equipment, fuel, and engine oil for hospitals and medical facilities operated by the @UN and international organizations. We will continue working in cooperation with the @BoardOfPeace, the UN, international organizations, and donor countries to advance winter preparedness efforts and maintain the stability of the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, while taking the necessary measures to prevent Hamas from taking control of humanitarian aid and essential supplies intended for the civilian population.

This isn't journalism, this is political activism, specifically anti-Israel activism. They are betraying journalism and forfeiting their professional integrity.

🇮🇱 And Israel is the problem? This week in the Middle East: ° Hezbollah acknowledged that a truck loaded with explosives seized by Lebanese authorities belonged to the Iranian-backed terror group, intended for use against Israeli forces. ° Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood’s terror arm, officially declared its readiness to repeat the October 7th massacre. And yet, all you hear are demands for Israel to make concessions, with zero real commitment from the world to dismantle these two deadly terror organizations. It is deeply disturbing that nations which rightly sent their soldiers across continents to fight Al-Qaeda and ISIS now demand that Israelis accept two genocide-minded terror groups operating right on their borders. The distance between Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon is roughly 185 kilometers. We are right in the middle, fighting for the most basic human right: to live without being massacred. Human rights have been politicized beyond recognition. Day after day, the world blames Israel. Israeli human rights must not be denied.

A Betrayal of Values. The UN was built to make the world better. Instead, its officials politicized the organization and betrayed its values, failing the October 7 victims solely because they were Jews. True supporters of multilateralism must call out this betrayal.
Alice Jill Edwards is the former UN special rapporteur on torture. In this op-ed for @Telegraph, she writes "that by failing to fully acknowledge the horrors of October 7, the body has abandoned neutrality." telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/10…

Police say eight Israeli suspects have been arrested on suspicion of participating in the weekend settler attacks on Palestinians, foreign diplomats, and a photojournalist in the West Bank. The police arrest operation, dubbed "Olive Leaf," began at dawn in a joint effort with the Shin Bet security agency and with IDF escort. "So far, eight suspects have been arrested and several vehicles have been seized," the police say, adding that IDF and Border Police forces are also "conducting enforcement operations" to dismantle illegal settler outposts, address violations of restraining orders issued by the army, and an "intrusion into a Palestinian home."

I strongly condemn the severe acts of violence by Israeli rioters in the area of Taybeh. A police investigation has been opened, and forensic investigators from the Judea and Samaria District are already at the scene collecting evidence. The Foreign Ministry is in contact with the ambassadors of the countries concerned in order to assist the law enforcement authorities, who are working to identify the attackers and bring them to justice. Without detracting from the severity of the incident, it is unfortunate that the visit was not coordinated with the IDF in advance. Such coordination could have helped safeguard the visitors’ security.

There is the reality: the people of Gaza are suffering under Hamas’s brutal tyranny. And then there is the propaganda: Al Jazeera, the media arm of Qatar and the Muslim Brotherhood, covering up Hamas’s war crimes while shifting all blame to Israel. Stop mistaking state-sponsored Islamist propaganda for journalism. nitter.gq/afalkhatib/status/2111…
A restaurant owner in Gaza is protesting in agony about why Hamas’s fascists are demanding that he pay the group’s municipality (a front for the remaining elements of the terror group’s operatives who are incapable of providing any services or governance) 44,000 Shekels, or $14,000. Hamas has been crippling the private sector in Gaza and all merchants, including street vendors who are selling less than $100 worth of produce, with insane taxes. This extortion money is used to fund its terror and ensure it maintains a grip over Gaza’s 2 million Palestinians, who are held hostage in 1/3 of the territory’s landmass, with no way out.

Next: It's too dangerous for girls outside, let's cover them up and lock them down... God forbid authorities actually address the agressors.
Hate is in the air. I planned to drive to Alkmaar to support Hapoel Be'er Sheva 🇮🇱⚽️, but all Israeli supporters were banned by the Municipality due to “very high risk.” When Hezbollah and Hamas cheerleaders are allowed to march and celebrate Oct 7th massacre, no wonder it's "high risk." Instead of stopping the extremists, they banned the fans. Stand against hate, not against football fans. ⚽🔴 @ISRAELFA @HBS_FC

2026 Nobel Peace Prize. Who would you award the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize to if you were a member of the @NobelPrize committee? 1. Masih Alinejad (@AlinejadMasih) The brave and powerful voice of the women and people of Iran, who have been brutally butchered, tortured, and suppressed in massive numbers by the oppressive Mullah regime in Tehran. 2. Mykola Kuleba (@MykolaKuleba) and his organization (@SaveUkraineSave). For their courageous humanitarian work protecting vulnerable children during the war, conducting high-risk rescue operations under fire to save hundreds of Ukrainian children forcibly deported or abducted to Russian-controlled territories. 3. Navi Pillay Who failed to disqualify herself from heading the UN Commission of Inquiry (CoI), despite having made pre-existing biased statements against Israel and echoing hostile narratives long before her appointment.

Israel being so small, every Israeli knows someone who was kidnapped, injured or killed that awful day. We remember
October 7, 2023 06:29 Israel At that moment, thousands of Palestinian terrorists crossed into Israel as rockets were fired across the country. Communities were attacked. Families were murdered in their homes. Hundreds were killed at the Nova music festival. 251 people were taken hostage. More than 1,200 people were murdered. Three years later, we remember the morning that changed everything, and every life that was taken. May their memory be a blessing. 🕯️🥀
