My opinion: the real problem is that some people actually believe the root cause of congestion in Midtown is a bunch of delivery drivers stopping lunch.
My opinion: Congestion pricing should be applied exclusively to commercial vehicles. The real problem on the streets is oversized delivery trucks endlessly supplying tiny bottles of fluid to stores or stopping illegally for lunch. nytimes.com/2021/09/29/nyreg…
