My law firm has been retained to take action against those using social media and AI-assisted tools to create and spread false and defamatory content involving our clients. The false content being created and disseminatedโincluding the post by @sneako captioned โBirds of a feather, rape togetherโ with the accompanying group photographโfalsely asserts as established fact that the individuals depicted are rapists. These matters consist of unproven accusations that have not resulted in criminal convictions establishing guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
The false content not only puts the reputations, livelihoods, and in some cases personal safety of the individuals at risk, but also has the potential to create a dangerous rift in public discourse at a time when the world needs due process, presumption of innocence, and unity around the rule of lawโnot trial by social media or collective guilt by association.
These claims of collective proven rape are false. We are preparing appropriate legal action against those responsible for manufacturing them and those who knowingly disseminate them. This manufactured content not only harms our clients but has the potential to further incite hatred, harassment, and violence based on unproven allegations.
Not only have the individuals in question not been proven in a criminal court of law to have committed the crimes falsely attributed to them as a group in this post, but the foundational principle of justice holds that one is innocent until proven guilty. Accusations, civil findings, or pending matters do not equate to criminal convictions or collective guilt.
We are asking anyone knowingly sharing this false content to immediately delete it and post a correction. My law firm, Due Process Legal, will not hesitate to pursue appropriate legal action against those who knowingly manufacture or disseminate fabricated or false content falsely attributing criminal guilt where supported by the facts and the law.

One of the strangest things about our culture is how much faith we've placed in elections to change our lives and how little faith we've placed in our own ability to do the same.
