I don’t know Swahili but whenever I hear Kenyans and Tanzanians speak it, I get the sense that Kenyan Swahili sounds like a diluted version of the language while Tanzanian Swahili sounds more authentic and closer to what I imagine the original Swahili should sound like.

These are fair questions. One thing Dangote could push for is robust disclosures. Publish the refinery’s ownership structure, financing arrangements, land terms & any commitments by Kenyan taxpayers, including purchase guarantees. Clearer disclosures would build public trust.
