‼️‼️ MINNEAPOLIS SHOOTING: UNJUSTIFIED?
Keep your eye on Fed in gray jacket.
- His disarms man by removing gun from waistband while on ground.
- Walks away with gun before any shots are fired.
- Man on ground no longer a threat, is shot at least 5-6 times and killed.
- Man should have been subdued and apprehended not executed.
- Open and concealed carry are legal in Minnesota with Permit To Carry.

🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!
ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth.

The labor left can’t cede the ground about diversity to the right. The only way we can rebuild labor in the United States is through dogged and unflinching interracial solidarity. We win by looking like the red unions in the early CIO not the craft unions in Gomper’s AFL.

The Wall Street Journal says there will be a splashy ICE operation in Chicago on Tuesday.
While the headline is lurid, the actual operation described in the piece (100-200 agents) seems not that unusual for ICE (google Operation Cross-Check). Expect a PR blitz, though.

Random actions like this are not meant to keep anyone safe, they are intended to terrorize hardworking people.

🚨BIG: @FTC WINS ITS CASE VS. KROGER-ALBERTSONS.
A judge has just blocked the largest grocery merger in history, which would have consolidated local grocery markets and raised food prices across the US.
MASSIVE win for the @FTC and @linakhanFTC. Decision here.👇

Maybe it’s a good time to remember that the lesson of the Combahee Collective is that if we all focus on freeing the most oppressed then we simultaneously undo all systems of interlocking oppression and we can all be free.
