Imagine classes of kids outside, helping reduce covid exposure for the rest, in forests & parks, learning, riding bikes, skiing, playing hockey, getting hands on experience. A trail network is like a big Montessori school. Let’s change how we look at learning; do more outside!
This is a really good idea @wabkinew. Combine this w outdoor learning that runs at the same time. Pull teachers from the ranks of ski instructors, hockey coaches, musicians, traditional knowledge keepers. Do as much outside as we can. Kids would love it!
