Princeton Elementary School in Suitland will remain closed through the end of the week after more than 60 students and staff reported influenza-like and gastroenteritis-like symptoms, Prince George's County Public Schools announced Tuesday night.
The school will undergo deep cleaning and sanitization. PGCPS Associate Superintendent Denise Douglas urged parents to keep children home if they show signs of illness and to practice preventive measures, including handwashing and covering coughs and sneezes.
