Following the extradition of 40 Uyghur men in February, the Thai government continues to flout international human rights standards by sending yet another individual back to a country where they will likely face torture or death.

WPC welcomes the NHRCT investigation & publication of their findings which confirm of what we’ve known: the Thai govt violated int’l human rights law & the principle of refoulement in forcibly deporting the men, who have not been heard from since.
