It's legal to mutilate your babies genitals in the US.
We have all this technology, and we still cut a baby's genitals in the hospital like it's nothing.
They do it on babies because they know an adult won't consent to it.
The foreskin isn't extra skin. It's mucosa, the ridged band, and parts of the frenulum, all gone before the human can say "No".
If it's fine, wait until he can choose it. If he won't choose it, that tells you everything.

If a doctor or nurse did anything that involved stimulating a baby girls clitoris or vulva for ANY reason (let alone chopping part of it off) people would lose their ever loving minds. It’s just a baby boy & his penis though, fair game for anything apparently.
