Unsurprising. But is it to protect Musk or hide Pentagon complicity?
The Pentagon’s watchdog has refused a bipartisan request to investigate Starlink and Starshield internet slowdowns in Ukraine, which Ukrainian officials say hindered efforts to intercept Russian drones.
Elon Musk acknowledged that SpaceX restricted Starlink access, accusing Ukraine of violating its terms of service, a claim Kyiv denies.
Trump denied ordering the restrictions, while Vice President JD Vance suggested White House coordination with Musk.

🇺🇦🇷🇺 ZELENSKYY WARNS PUTIN: UKRAINE KNOWS WHERE RUSSIA’S WAR MACHINE IS HIDING
Volodymyr Zelenskyy has delivered a direct warning to Moscow: Ukraine knows the locations of Russia’s military factories, oil depots, gas storage facilities and other strategic infrastructure, and it is developing weapons capable of reaching them.
“We need tools that can reach further, and that is exactly what we are developing,” the Ukrainian president declared.
His message comes as Ukraine continues expanding its domestic long-range strike capabilities, seeking to bring more of Russia’s military-industrial infrastructure within reach.
For Kyiv, these operations are intended to disrupt the facilities, logistics and resources that sustain Moscow’s invasion, while forcing Russia to devote additional air defenses to protecting its own territory.
Zelenskyy also made clear that Ukraine has no intention of absorbing Russian attacks without responding.
“They strike us every day, and we will retaliate every day. The scale of our response will continue to grow.”
The warning reflects a broader shift in Ukraine’s strategy: reducing its dependence on foreign-supplied long-range weapons while increasing its ability to strike military targets deep inside Russia.
Putin’s forces continue attacking Ukrainian cities and infrastructure. Zelenskyy is now promising that Russia’s own war-supporting facilities will face growing pressure in return.
And Ukraine is developing the weapons to make that possible.

THE GREATEST AMERICAN BETRAYAL OF ITS ALLIES IN HISTORY.
While Russia continues its war against Ukraine, the Trump administration is reportedly negotiating sweeping energy and business deals with Moscow.
Russian oil, diesel, Nord Stream gas pipelines, American investments, access to Russian airspace, and even arrangements involving Ukraine’s occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant are reportedly on the table.
Let that sink in.
While Ukrainians fight and die defending their country, Washington is exploring opportunities to do business with the very country responsible for invading it.
President Zelenskyy has already warned that the United States is choosing the wrong side of history.
And he has every reason to be furious.
Europe and America’s traditional Western allies have every reason to be deeply alarmed. If these proposals become reality, the consequences for transatlantic trust, NATO unity, and America’s credibility could be enormous.
For decades, the United States presented itself as the leader of the free world, a defender of democracy, sovereignty, and international law.
Now, its administration appears increasingly willing to put business opportunities with Putin’s Russia ahead of the principles it once claimed to defend.
This is not just about Ukraine. It is about whether America’s allies can ever trust Washington again.
And the consequences of that betrayal could last for generations.

Canada Takes the Lead in the Battle Against Inflation -
The Bank of Canada has raised its key interest rate by a quarter-point to 2.5 per cent to tackle rising prices.
While a rate hike might seem concerning, this move shows our financial leaders are in complete control.
Economists fully expected this decision because an American attack and war on Iran have caused severe spikes in energy costs everywhere.
But, by acting quickly, Canada is using proven tools to protect our money and steady the market before inflation can spiral.
It is an intelligent, calculated choice that proves our country has a clear game plan to keep the economy stable for everyone.
Things look much worse south of our border in the United States, where the rate of inflation has risen MUCH faster, hitting 3.74 per cent.
This brutally rapid increase has left American policymakers scrambling, and the U.S. Federal Reserve is under extremely intense pressure as soaring gas, grocery, and other costs weigh heavily on American consumers.
While Canada uses predictable, steady adjustments to steer through this global storm, the American market is dealing with terribly intense uncertainty.
Canada’s decisive and structured monetary policy shields OUR domestic market from the severe volatility seen down south, positioning our nation for a FAR more robust and resilient economic recovery.
The pure strength in Canadas economic resilience is showing, not only the Americans, but the entire world.

This is why Canada's Stelco was shuttered, so that a US domestic steel producer (who also owns Stelco) could screw his US customers on price. Simple as that.
U.S. steel prices just hit their highest level in more than four years, per Bloomberg.
Benchmark hot-rolled coil has jumped 52% over the past year to $1,255 a ton, a level last seen in May 2022.
The reason: Trump’s tariffs are squeezing foreign supply. Steel imports fell 14% in the first nine months of 2026.
