Building hardware in SoCal and need space in the next 6–12 months? DM me your rough size, power needs and timing. I’ll send you what’s actually available, including off-market buildings that never hit the listing sites. No cost to you.
Too big for the garage, too small for a 100k SF box. That’s where most LA hardware teams get stuck.
New in Carson:
32,639 SF on 1.46 ac
24' clear, 3 dock + 1 GL
Fenced private yard
Available now, right off the 91
If you’re building hardware and outgrowing your space, DM me.

We’re ramping production at our factory in Los Angeles to deliver against millions of unmanned systems that need to be built domestically.

Took this half-empty stadium picture Sept 23, 2023. Akron took Indiana to 4 OTs.
Two years later… @IndianaFootball is the national champion. Unreal.
